Broth in the go... adding to the gut health.. my aim is for my whole family to have this daily throughout the winter months.. prep up our immune health and restore the gut at the same time.. gonna do this weekly until we have enough!!!
Added 1 drop each of Thyme, Black Pepper, Basil, Oregano and 3 drops of Lemon Essential Oil and 2 teaspoons of activated Apple Cider Vinegar. I’ve left for 48 hours on low!!! 🍲
