Biryani is the recipe prepared from long grain rice with lots of spices and veggies and it is prepared in ghee.
🌼Basmati rice 1 cup.
🌼Yoghurt 1/2 cup
🌼Cloves 🌼tej patta
🌼Black pepper 🌼kesar 🌼shahi jeera
🌼Biryani masala🌼chopped green chilly
🌼Paneer cubes 🌼mint leaves
🌼Cashews 🌼 salt 🌼kishmish
🌼Cabbage 🌼capsicum red and green🌼onion 🌼 carrot 🌼cauliflower 🌼Ginger garlic paste 1.5 spoon
🌼Hing 🌼peas 🌼chopped coriander
🌼Cumin seeds and all spices
🌼Lime juice 🌼meetha neem leaves
🏵️METHOD 🌶️Boil the soaked rice with some whole spices and few drops of oil , peas , salt till 95% on low flame and drain out excess water from it then keep aside.
🌶️In a pan heat ghee 2 spoon then add cloves and pepper and cardamom now add jeera and ginger garlic paste and saute well
Now add all veg and cook for about 5-7min then add hing, haldi, mirchi, coriander powder, salt.
🌶️Now in bowl take 5 spoon of Curd a little amount of sugar and mix well add to veggies.
after 1min add fried Paneer and cashew, kishmish. now add biryani masala curry leaves .
🌶️Boil few kesar strands in little water.
🌶️Now take some curry in a bowl separately .
In that pan on layer of veg add a layer of rice then spread a layer of Curd mix then again a layer of veg the the process goes on add 2-4 spoon of kesar water , mint leaves and cover the lid of pan and cook for 5 -10 min .
🌶️now open and sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and lime juice saute and cover for 2 minutes.
Serve hot with any Raita , pickle and salad.
