It STARTS with what & when we eat! 💯
On sooo many levels it starts w/what we eat and drink 80% of the time.
As I share w/my clients, the lack of consistency to stay active 20% of the time is like pushing a vehicle on E ⛽, by yourself, to get to your destination.
We need fuel (food & water) in order to function. We need optimal nutrition (energy) from the foods we eat that includes minerals, nutrients, and vitamins on a continual basis.
