Każdy zawodnik miał postawione cele w związku z zawodami ale przede wszystkim jechaliśmy tam po doświadczenie . Thanks for the encouraging response ! So here it is! The program is no rocket science but if done sensibly can maintain as well as build awesome conditioning and power. (Swipe for Video!) It goes like this. 1min intervals with 1min rest in between. Total 10 sets or more. (5sets of jerk 5 sets of snatch) RPM for Jerk :12-15 RPM for Double Half-Snatch :11-15 1min Double KB jerk 1min rest 1min Double KB snatch 1min rest 1min Double Kb jerk 1min rest 1min Double KB Snatch...and so on.. Why this is a great combo and favorite of mine? You are effectively doing all the main Kettlebell movements without overkilling it. Your are Training jerk, you are getting the benefits of snatch, swing, you are pushing,pulling and hinging as well ! You are building whole body power with two of the best ballistic movements. Great for regular fitness enthusiasts as well. When do follow such program: Anytime u like! Or if you are a KB sport athlete then it would be great for off-season. If you are done with ur comp and want to cross train with other fitness modalities yet keep GS specific maintenance. Progression: in this video i lifted 24+24kg KB for Jerks and 16+16 for Double snatch. Feel free to lift according to your strength and fitness levels. Weight selection is not written in stone. If you are new to KBs, try with one Kettlebell and split snatch in 30s each arm. Remember always better to know technique first and then try this. For long cyclists: You can replace jerk with LC. But for double half snatch take a weight which is atleast one size lighter than your LC weight,as you dont want to overuse your grip. For me personally i like the combo of jerk and DHS. With this combo i get more rest between each exercise yet my conditioning keeps getting worked. For the next three movements, use two kettlebells each and use weights use could normally complete 15-20 reps without resting. On the lunges (demo video has one bell) and rotational press, you are doing 5 on each side for 10 total before moving on to the next movement. Complete the prescribed number of reps in each movement before moving onto the next movement after completing 10 of each, that is one round. Complete 8 rounds, then use the same bell you used for swings to finish with 50 swings! If there is a top 3 of training tools that are "perfect" for martial arts training, the kettlebell has to be in there 👍 . All martial arts practitioners need your movements to be powerful, dynamic and explosive, and kettlebell training encompasses these very traits 👊⚡ . Clean and press for strength, swing for endurance, and snatch for explosiveness. Of course all of these exercises have elements of the aforementioned attributes, so do them all 😉 . Just be sure you're utilizing proper form, or seek out instruction to get it. This will keep your body strong, less prone to injury, and on the training floor where you belong 🔥 . Train diligently. * At the beginning of September 2018 I purchased my first kettlebell - 6kg. I thought THAT was heavy. 😲 Meanwhile the biggest size I own and do swings with is a 24kg Kettlebell. Now I am able to #press 12kg simultaneously with both arms several times. 💪🏻This was impossible when I began training, I was not able to press 12kg with only one arm back then. The pictures show the press and clean with #12kg and #10kg since these are the only ones I brought along on vacation for training with doubles asymmetrically. But believe me, I can lift 2 x 12kg simultaneously as well. 😎 Not to mention that I am able to carry 16kg overhead ... Neck Pain Rehab . 👨‍💻Neck pain is a common complaint and there is no one size fits all package for management, but for most people taking a comprehensive approach of symptom modification, load management, and working on improving capacity can work well. . 🙇‍♀️Addressing capacity with exercises such as the ones initially shown in the video can help to improve the tissues ability to tolerate loading and handle more over time. . 🤳Load management may seem like an odd concept for this to some people, but if we consider the tissues ability to handle load and the onset of pain and discomfort beyond tolerance, we can manipulate time and exposure to progress this. For example, changing sitting posture can alter the distributed stress and we can then adjust the load as tolerated. This can be done through postural changes, adjustments in chairs, pillow support, etc to allow alterations in how much the neck musculature has to handle. . 🦅For symptom modification, we could utilize something like massage or manual treatments, but I preference using active movements as much as possible, so here are a few options at the end of the video that can be used during the day to help reduce the sensation of tension and soreness. #TSTneck
