Completely fell off the personal development train the past 3 days so I pushed it a little more this morning. KB Flip intervals, a bunch of external rotation/upper back work, and some abs followed by mobility work/stretching. The upper back/external rotation work will hopefully help my poverty bench and improve my posture. This early morning workout is slowly evolving to serve 2 core purposes: morning HIIT to wake me up so my mind is ready to study/work on my side projects, and to work on my weaknesses holding me back from my fitness goals. One thing I noticed is my KB flips are feeling a lot smoother!
