Breathe in all of the goodness that you can.
To get your day started off the best way, save a little time to complete breathing exercises when you rise. Any exercise you complete that brings your attention to the breath is successful mindful breathing and it has many benefits, especially if you start your day this way! One of my most used breathing exercises is alternate nostril breathing. During this exercise I use my fingers to alternately cover my right and left nostrils while breathing for X number of cycles. During these moments of mindful breathing I am also exercising each individual nostril and focusing on the clarity of breath I experience from each one.
