It’s #TipTuesday —I’m going to start by asking you a question! . . Which plate has more food ? A or B . . . Surprise, although B may look like it has more food, they actually have the exact same amount! The only difference is the size of the plate. . . A is a large dinner plate and B is a smaller snack plate. Why am I sharing this ?! If you are trying to lose weight, I recommend eating off a smaller plate and also using smaller bowls— your mind is so powerful and you will feel fuller eating off a smaller plate because your mind sees a full loaded plate! . . I challenge you to try it out! I have eaten the same amount of food like this, off a large plate and wanted to go up for seconds where as when I ate off the smaller plate, I felt more satisfied! . . My healthiest version of me has always been an uphill climb. Life - and especially babies(!) take a toll. I published a new blogpost about my health journey & the gratitude I have for all of it. This year I’m working on putting my health & wellness back to the front burner🔥(pun intended). I don’t want to make excuses for lack of good choices or lack of discipline. Being healthy/fit is hard. Let’s be honest. But being unhealthy or unhappy in your body is also hard. Going through old photos and finding these pictures, initially feels shame. But it’s a testament to the fact that I keep trying. Eres de los que realiza sentadilla “a medias”?? O mejor dicho Realizas sentadilla a 90grados? Te decimos que para trabajar aún mejor, tener un crecimiento favorable y fortalecer el músculo deberás realizarlas profundas ya que de la otra manera estarás solo trabajando la parte del cuadricep y los demás músculos no estarán tan activados. (No decimos que la de 90 grados no sirva, claro que sirve incluso en esta puedes cargar un poco más ya que el rango de movimiento de la articulación de la rodilla y la cadera no llegan a ser completos, pero debes saber realizarla... al momento de la bajada el cartílago que rodea la articulación de la rodilla se comprime y al llegar a los 90 se puede decir que estamos en el punto más alto de presión de la la rótula sobre el fémur y es ahí donde nuestras rodillas pueden verse comprometidas). Para realizar una sentadilla profunda deberás poner atención en tu posición ... coloca los pies a la anchura de tus hombros aprox. Con la punta de los pies mirando hacia enfrente, cuida que tus rodillas no pasen las puntas de los pies, siempre mirando hacia enfrente teniendo una postura correcta y un equilibrio adecuado. OJO: para poderlas realizar bien deberás manejar pesos que puedas realmente cargar ... nos referimos a calidad sobre cantidad. No siempre el cargar mucho peso será mejor, la aplicación y la concentración con que realices el ejercicio es lo que cuenta (aun así hagas con 15 kilos) hazlo concentrado. What makes you confident about your body? For me, it’s being happy about the way I look to myself not to other people. It’s about remembering that we are all made different and every one should be proud of the way they look. Do not compare yourself to others, the only opinion that matters is yours. ⠀⠀ Scars, belly rolls (yes I do get them when I don’t work out), cellulite and uneven skin tone are all things I have but I’m still proud of all these things because that’s normal. ☝🏽Today an important contribution to the topic of vision☝🏽 I would like to explain this quite neutrally, because it does not matter whether you see it from the spiritual or the secular point of view. There are several types of people in this area. 👉🏽The first 2 groups are pretty much the same size. They either do not know that they have a specific job in their life or the others are eternally searching for it. The next group is pretty much the same size. They live their task of life for a long time and do not even know it🤭 The last part is made up of those who know it well and still live and that is exactly what should be the goal in their lives🔥 Since then life flows, then We do not need to worry anymore and live our lives the way we should. Unfortunately we most people are prevented from doing so at the beginning or in the long run. Absolutely love my pink Himalayan salt lamp! If you don’t have one, get your hands on one. The warm glow it gives off helps me relax in such a deep way, no blue light!It tells my mind its time to unwind and it’s so beautiful to look at. It helps to improve mood, clean the air bc of its negative ions it gives off, and help you sleep better by increasing serotonin levels, and it can calm allergy or asthma symptoms!
