As you've probably noticed, I love dancing. . 1. It instantly boosts your mood . 2. It's so good for entertaining a friend by acting goofy and lifting their mood as well . 3. I dance absolutely anywhere, at the gym between sets, with my clients as seen here @itssuperbciel , the grocery store with my sister @angelahollandsniff . I want my clients to feel so confident in the gym that they can jam out to a song between sets and not care if anyone is watching. .
