Uchi makes us wanna smoochie. Seriously, if you enjoy Japanese fare, sushi, and good deals you need to visit @uchidenver , which recently opened in RiNo. Delicious composed dishes (cooked and raw) and they even fly in certain cuts of fish from Japan. The perfect place to kick it like Jackie Chan.
This is a great date spot. Intimate enough to get snuggly, but public enough in case you’re a little iffy on your Tinder match. Also perfect as an after work spot, because if there’s anything we love more than happy hour, it’s happy hour at a sushi spot. We’re talking $6-$7 rolls and Nigiri. Highly suggested dishes would be the Negihama and Malu Malu. So do yourself a favor and just go experience some of the best Japanese we’ve had in Denver. Seriously the fish was like butter.
Our jubilant Japanese jamboree (for 2 people):
Tuna Maki roll ($7 on happy hour)
Negihama ($6 on happy hour)
2x Salmon Nigiri ($3 each on happy hour)
Machi Cure ($6 on happy hour)
Walu Walu ($8 on happy hour)
Coconut Mochi Cake ($9)
