In the past 3.5 weeks, I’ve lost TEN FREAKING POUNDS. I was stuck for months, in a cycle of loss and gain and I couldn’t figure out why. Until I did a workout program I LOVED, started to meditate and work on my mind, and really focus on what was on my plate....and then it all clicked. .
