Vianda de hoy: carne desmenuzada con hortalizas al horno 🙋🏻‍♀️🥰 Para lograr que la carne se deshaga la tenes que dejar varias horas en el horno, no hay que ser impaciente. Esta carne estuvo 4 horitas adentro de una bolsa para horno a fuego mínimo junto a cebollas, zanahorias, ajo, salsa de soja, mostaza, pimienta y tomillo. La última media hora la dejé a horno fuerte, previamente la desmenucé con dos tenedores. Your body is nobody’s business. - I remember when I was discharged from hospital the amount of comments I got regarding my body & weight gain almost sent me right back through the doors. 🏥 “You look so much healthier now” was the most common one. I even got a “you look perfect now, just don’t gain too much more.” < yup that happened. Little do people realise that ones body size has NOTHING to do with how sick they may or may not be. So while people were making these comments although they may have only had good intentions, they failed to realise that although I may have “looked healthy” (whatever the hell that means) I was still engaging in eating disorder behaviours as well as being completely consumed by an overwhelming amount of thoughts. - I’d receive these comments & inside I’d be having a meltdown while not knowing where to look, what to say, how to leave or how to hide my reaction. I still rarely have the confidence to tell someone that commenting on anyone in generals body let alone someone who has an eating disorder is never necessary & in fact can be incredibly harmful. - My body has been through a lot. Just like so many others have. But unless you have a written list of someone’s medical history in front of you, you have no right to judge how healthy a person is based on their appearance. Our bodies have nothing to do with who we are as a person & it is nobody else’s business. 🦋
