🍳This here was a plan B breakfast. When temps reach below 10 degrees F, our gas cooktop doesn’t function well. Yesterday morning we had every intention to fry up some kale/ mushrooms and crack a few eggs in the pan for breakfast Cooktop wasn’t going to turn on so I decided to whip up this quick frittata and throw in the oven. Came out pretty dang good- and the best part was we had enough for today’s breakfast as well. Details for a grain-free frittata high in beneficial micronutrients👇 -Preheat oven to 350 -liberally grease a cast iron skillet -in a bowl combine: 8 eggs handful of raw kale, chopped fine 4 mushrooms diced 1 scallion diced 1/3 cup almond four 1/8 tsp baking powder Smoked paprika Oregano Parsley S+P to taste Bake for 25-30 minutes, slice and serve with fat (avocado or drizzle with olive oil) to keep you full and help with the absorption of all those beneficial nutrients!

Hey ho 😈, meine erste Acai Bowl. Ich habe bei mir im Rewe Acai-Püree gefunden, was heruntergesetzt war. Normalerweise bevorzuge ich regionale Produkte und versuche weitestgehend auf die Exoten und Superfoods zu verzichten. Doch, der Rabatt-Sticker weckte die Neugier in mir. 🤑 Also ab auf den Frühstückstisch - leckere Nicecream 🍌🍌mit Acai, Braunhirse, Leinsamen und ein bisschen Pflanzendrink. Getoppt mit Johannisbeeren, Quinoa-Pops, Paranüsse (für das Selen) und Kürbiskernen. 🌰 Oh je, ganz schön viele Exoten in meiner Bowl. 😅 Fazit: Acai ist bestimmt eine nährstoffreiche Beere, aber ihr solltet trotzdem auf unsere heimischen Beeren zurückgreifen. Rise and Shine, it’s Friday Eve!!! 🤗 Starting off the morning with a smoothie is an easy way to get the rainbow of nutrients 🌈 your brain needs to take on the day! 🧠 My very first job was @smoothiefactory when I was 16 (shout-out! 🙌🏻) so I’ve been making smoothies for AWHILE now and I’ve made A LOT of smoothies. Some of my favorite tips and combos: • ALWAYS blend whatever greens and veggies you are adding first. Otherwise you end up with undesirable clumps (if I want to chew spinach or kale, I’ll eat a salad thank you 😉) • Use frozen fruit to avoid having to add too much ice which will water it down • Use either a banana or avocado to smooth out the texture and add a little extra sweetness ✨my favorite combos are spinach-pineapple-blueberry-banana and spinach/kale-strawberry-mango-avocado✨ if you’re looking for other healthy fats to add, I LOVE chia in mine but you could use flax seeds, hemp seeds, or a nut butter (yummm) LAST BUT NOT LEAST! This weekend I was inspired to create baked oats recipe (hi @marianmccoy thanks 👋🏼) - and I have been LOVIN it all week. It is the easiest recipe, jam-packed full of the good goods - even veggies - and oh so scrumptious. Top with @wundercreamery quark, @crazyrichardspb and some @navitasorganics cacao nibs and you’ve got a breakfast masterpiece! . . Good morning ☀️ currently doing my warmup walk before arms and abs so I figured it was the perfect time to post! Tried @twogoodyogurt yesterday and I actually found out about this yogurt when I was adding rebates to my @ibottaapp and saw one for this yogurt! I bought a vanilla flavor and a triple berry flavor. Yesterday I tried the vanilla flavor with a package of sweet cinnamon @badabeansnacks ! This yogurt reminded me of the yogurt I used to eat when I was a kid that can’t with the little candy or cookie pieces on top (but let’s be real, no one actually ate the yogurt, we all just wanted the candy 😝) I really enjoyed the yogurt and the taste was really good! Awesome macros too! 3C 12 and 80 calories with only 2 grams of sugar! I’ll definitely be buying more of these ☺️

Nicecream au chocolat pour le petit déjeuner 😍 Chocolate Nicecream for breakfast!!! (English below). Recette : -coupez en petits morceaux une banane et congelez la au moins 4h. -mixez la banane avec un peu de lait de noisettes ou amandes. -ajoutez 4 cuillères a café de cacao maigre -ajoutez 2 cuillères à café de beurre de noisettes ou beurre d'amandes (optionnel) -mixez et servez Comme c'était pour mon petit déjeuner je l'ai mélangée avec des flocons d'avoine pour que ce soit bien nourrissant ! Et bien sûr je l'ai servie dans un @coconutbowls. Recipy : -cut a banana into small pieces and freeze it for minimum four hours. -blend the banana with a little almond or hazelnut milk. -add four tee-spoons of dark cocoa powder. -add 2 tee-spoons of hazelnut or almond butter (optional). -blend and serve. As it was for my breakfast I added oats in there for it to nutritious.
