An eggsellent breakfast.
I am loving eggs and veggies as the first meal of my day!
Who knew eggs & veg could be so satisfying & delish? I certainly didn’t.
When I first heard @marisapeer say, “Grains are cattle fodder,” I thought, “WTF am I going to eat????” Breads, grains & cereals were the staple of my day! The staple of my life FFS!! Change happens in 3 ways:
And here I am, eating less and less and less cereals, grains, bread, cakes, biscuits.
And NOT MISSING IT AT ALL.
This is HUGE for me!
Rapid Transformational Therapy really HAS set me free.
And I feel fine.
It’s been nearly 12 months since my last binge. And I’m consistently improving my relationship with food, and most importantly, with ME, everyday.
Yesterday I shared the most decadent dessert - Coconut Cheesecake & Banofee Pie - with my sister & daughter, completely guilt-free & shame-free.
And it didn’t trigger a binge. Or any remorse. Or regret. (Although it did give me a slight tummy ache - I rarely eat high-sugar, high-fat meals these days)
RTT has empowered me to consistently choose foods that make me FEEL GOOD. Foods that give me vibrant health & energy, without any feelings of restriction or deprivation.
Just ease & flow.
