We be brunchin’, we be brunchin’ ✨🍳
Brunch doesn’t have to all be mimosas, high sugar pancakes/French toast and hash browns. Don’t get me wrong, I love all of that once in a while - but I also want to respect my wellness by nourishing my body AND mind with healthier options.
My husband + I are brunch connoisseurs, you could say.. it’s our fave meal to share with guests. But this meal was ALL him!
He put together nutrient-rich greens + cherry toms with a Dijon vinaigrette and happy brain food of smoked salmon + poached pastured egg on a piece of sourdough (GF for me) with fried capers. Basically the brunch of my dreams 😍
