This is how we warmed up today! Horse and every missed attempt is 10 push ups. This is a disclaimer that despite the air balls you see just know that I had the following happen to me today. 1. I did a STRENUOUS upper body workout 2. I got attacked by a dog and a cat and the dog tried to hump me. 3. I watched Titanic which has me in my feelings 4. And I am running off 3 hours of sleep. Moreso I beat @killaakamm_2 2x (not shown on camera) and MORESO none of my basketball kids can beat me so that’s really all that matters. @_.alanaaaa and @kynidistriverson you want no parts! And EVEN moreso peep Site Manager @nick_greene1 in the back as he converted a FEO - so its a win for me. Lol. Nick I thought you were gonna loose that one. She wasn’t budging. Lol

Dropping the weight slowly but surely. 😁 Managing to keep my strength up as well maybe lost 10% strength 😣 while dropping the calories. With surgery coming up I want to be leaner so when I'm unable to train I don't turn into a blob. Relaxing after another treatment @geos_recovery_lab for my right knee. Discovered bruising on the left side of my right knee today. Dean concluded that was because the left side is compensating for the injured right side. Did deep tissue and some cupping again. This time the cupping left a little bit of a mark and a little soreness. We’ll see how it’s feeling tomorrow. So this was my leg day for today!! Although my caption really has nothing to do with fitness, I hope you still read it 🤗 so we are 33 weeks now, and the typical aches and pains of pregnancy are setting in. I remember the day we did our first ultrasound at 16 weeks and heard your heart beat for the first time I was in total amazement I was growing a human, now we are double that and headed towards the finish line. Not a single day hasn't gone by knowing I get to be your momma. What I feel, you feel. What I eat, you eat. What I say you hear. This morning I got so emotional just thinking about what those first few days will be like holding you and figuring out how to breast feed... i guess what I'm getting at is that we are always a beginner at something and I am so grateful this is my next lesson. Tummy is getting slimmer and I’m slowly building my muscle back up!! Praise God for #musclememory !! 🙌 I kicked butt today and was literally wobbling out of the gym only to walk around the parking lot for what seemed like forever because I couldn’t find my car!! 🤦‍♀️😣😭 Nothing like losing your car after leg day!! 😫 I was so happy when I found it!! Do the work! There is no such thing as an easy quick fix. There is no magic pill. You have to put the time in: resistance training, cardio, HIIT and the list goes on. Bottom line you have to get your heart pumping. Pick up heavy weights and then put them back down. Don’t complicate it. Just do it.
