This whole meal plus a full glass of orange juice was still less calories than ONE Texas BBQ King burger from @burgerking last night! Not gonna lie that burger was delicious and got me to the calorie target, but put my macros a little skew whiff. Anyway me and ditto charmander best fuel up after the gym today. To break plateaus you need variation! Something that challenges you differently then just the typical increasing and decreasing the weight and one way is time under tension training! TUT - It’s as simple as this, if one curl takes one second (for math purposes) and you do a set of 10. Your biceps have been under tension for 10 seconds. Well if you simply hold that contraction for 2 seconds you’re biceps have been under tension for 20 seconds. You just doubled the tension time within the same rep putting extra stress on the muscle that it’s not used to! - ✅preacher curs✅ 4 second stretch! - Tip👉🏻 when working the stretch portion of the rep make sure the primary muscle is still the main focus, you should be holding the weight with your biceps! NOT your forearms and shoulders! Keep that in mind when it starts getting tough cuz that’s the most important part of the rep! - More in story

#salad Las ensaladas no tiene xq ser aburridas👅 Olvidate de las clasicas de lechuga y tomate y ponele todo lo que tengas en la heladera, cuantos mas colores mas completa! (💡en las verduras, los colores se asocian con los distitnos micronutrientes) . Importante incluir fuentes de proteina magra y grasas saludables ➡ que NO sea solo vegetales. Esto te va a ayudar no solo a tener una alimentacion completa sino a la SACIEDAD que te genere! No tiene sentido comer una ensalada aburrida de solo 2 ingredientes si a la hora te vuelve a dar hambre y terminas bajandote 1 paquete entero de galletitas🙅 . Aca te dejo las 2 q me prepare el finde👇 Siempre fui fan de las ensaladas, tanto que a veces hasta las elijo antes que una burger❤ . 1) Proteinas ➡ atun y queso cremon light Grasas saludables ➡ queso y semillas de calabaza tostadas Carbohidratos, fibra y micronutrientes ➡ fideos de vegetales, lechuga, zanahoria y choclo . 2) Proteinas ➡ pechuga de pollo y ricota magra Grasas saludables ➡ palta y nueces Carbohidratos, fibra y micronutrientes ➡ fideos de vegetales, lechuga, zanahoria y cebolla morada . 🍴Las condimente solo con aceto (los fideos tenian un par de especias) xq preferi usar las cals del aciete en otra cosa ☝Es preferencia personal, obvio que se le puede poner (yo uso el de oliva extra virgen), solo recorda controlar la porcion xq es un alimento hipercalorico y es muy facil pasarse❗ . . . And just like that, my gym juggling has come to an end. 👍🏻 I head back to NC tomorrow morning, finish out week 8 of GG3, then on to Mexico and a rest week! . Like I’ve previously mentioned, I may not have stuck to any type of “diet” plan while on my trip, I’m still extremely proud of myself for sticking to my fitness. I love that it’s become such a staple in my day-to-day life. It’s fun, a stress reliever, and a confidence booster (especially when you’re still lifting heavy with your nails done 😂) . Get up and get 30 minutes of movement in today and enjoy your Monday! ✌🏻
