Gottschall, earned her doctoral degree in integrative physiology from the University of Colorado at Boulder and continued her academic career as a postdoctoral fellow in neurophysiology at the Emory School of Medicine. Most recently, she was an associate professor at The Pennsylvania State University studying the effectiveness of various exercise regimens. Dr. Gottschall is also a consultant for Les Mills International and a scientific advisory panel member for the American Council of Exercise. Can y'all believe this is a year difference??? Wooow I was literally so self-conscious last year. I loved myself either way but I was unhappy about how I looked. I was sorta working out but not really putting in the work at the gym nor in the kitchen. 🤣 But idk my love for the gym and seeing all the women's and men's journeys inspired me, if they can why can't I? So I went for it in the winter break, and hit the gym consistently and ate a bit more healthier! Starting this page also motivated me seeing new people and posting for others to learn and see my progress. I see this pictures and I'm in awh. Idk whenever I was in that weight I felt twice as bigger then I a looked. Consistency is KEY both at the gym and what you consume. Gracias a dios por aver me ayudado. When y'all ask me what I do and how I do it I honestly tell y'all what I do. It may not be what all this other fitness experts do, and people want to sometimes correct me but no our bodies are different it may help you it may not. Doing Saturdays work out today but a bit lighter because of recovery. I did some good mornings before this. Going away this weekend to learn about foot corrections for work (yay!!!) Definitely seeing the hip mobility work I need to do for this plus I need to squat lower between reps. But that's why it's good to video. 80kg 5 x 5 sets.

The TRX row is a basic but incredibly effective exercise. Not only is it a great back exercise but it’s amazing for ensuring you’re activating your core. No matter the angle you choose ensure you squeeze your glutes and tighten your abs, this will make sure you align your hips and stay in a tight plank Video one shows a more vertical angle which is much easier due to a lower percentage of body weight being lifted. In the second video, I’m almost completely horizontal increasing the difficulty level. Find an angle that works for you and make sure you can maintain a tight plank the entire range of motion.

SATAY PUMPKIN SOUP - The real MVP of winter 🍜🥄 . INGREDIENTS: - 1 Whole butternut pumpkin, peeled and chopped into chunks - 2 Brown onions, cut into quarters - 1 Tablespoon of olive oil - 400ml Can of coconut milk (can use cream to make thicker consistency) - 4 Large tablespoons of dark roasted smooth peanut butter - 1/2 Cup of fish sauce - 2 Tablespoons of minced garlic - 1/4 Cup of lime juice - 1/2 Cup of Thai red curry paste - Himalayan rock salt and cracked black pepper to season to your liking - 1 Teaspoon of chilli flakes - 5 Cups of water . METHOD: 1. To start pre-heat oven to 200°. Onto a lined baking tray, place the pumpkin chunks and onion on and drizzle with the olive oil. Pop into the oven until just soft, or until it starts to caramelise. 2. Once out of the oven, into a large pot on high heat, boil the 5 cups of water into the pot. Then when this starts to boil, add in the roasted pumpkin and onion and cook further until soft enough to blitz. 3. Take off heat and using a stick blender, combine what’s in the pot into a smooth consistency. 4. Now add in the remainder of all the ingredients and stir through well whilst back on low heat for 5 minutes. . Serve equally and there you have it.
