◀️39 Weeks Pregnant with Liam ▶️39 Weeks Pregnant with Baby # 2 Bigger, Lower & Fully Engaged Last Pregnancy i put on 15kg, this time around was 20kg, I haven’t put on any weight in the past 4 weeks, but have kept consistent with Gym until just before 37 Weeks (so holding more muscle) with Liam i had a bleed at the gym and had to stop at 34 weeks, but was only going 1-2 times a week (so did loose alot of muscle) and had bad morning sickness with Liam also, so all in all this pregnancy has been much kinder 💙

Massephase!! Viele Menschen verstehen unter Massephase, dass man alles in sich reinstopft um einfach Gewicht aufzubauen und eventuell ein wenig breiter auszusehen. Doch das Problem bei dem ganzen ist, dass man sehr viel Fett aufbaut und sehr wenig Muskelmasse. Das nächste Problem ist, dass man danach eine wirklich harte Diät braucht um das viele Fett abzubauen. So eine Diät durchzuziehen schaffen nur wenige. Wenn ich in der sogenannten Massephase bin, versuche ich sauber aufzubauen, ich achte trotzdem sehr auf meine Ernährung, was ich esse und vorallem wann ich es esse. Klar ist, dass man auch hier ein wenig Fett aufbaut, doch dieses bekommt man sehr schnell und sehr leicht wieder weg.
