If you want a nice back variation, grab 2 single handles and throw them onto the same cable on the sitting cable row machine! Instead of using a Double-D handle, the solid triangle shape piece, this allows you to have more range of motion and REALLY flex your back and get that pump. Due to having this variation, you can even bump down the weight! That way you'll do more work with this method, while also doing less weight, being safer, and maintaining your FORM! Boy, was I FATIGUED. Yesterday I decided to run sprints at the track because we had a nice day down here in Texas, and lemme tell you I haven’t actually ran in a LONG minute. To make matters worse, I didn’t consider the fact that I had a leg day today so my legs were burnt before I ever started. Midnight Club // Conditioning. As this is my deload week I've been doing low intensity Metcons & Conditioning training. Tonight I utilised kettlebells, Dumbells, A slam ball and body weight. Giving me an all over body workout if you like. I kept to around six rounds per set, with a 30 Second on / 15 Second off intensity, then later 30 Seconds on / 30 Seconds off. To Finish was a juicy number from @thundrbro With a medium weighted plate, hands in the 13.50 position. 30 Reps lift the plate from thighs to eyes 30 Reps eyes to over head 30 Reps was the Full Range of Movement. I hit this up twice. 👹 @thebaseform

When you think you done working out you may want to do a good finisher to test that out. Try this after a good tricep workout and you will have to wait 10 more minutes to drive home. Start with the bar at your knees and go to failure each time until you reach your chest level.
