Venturing outside for the first time since Tuesday! I have been so bloody bored and in pain with a herniated disc this last few days. It's been too uncomfortable to sit for too long, so I've had to take time off work and I've obviously had to stay away from the gym too. 😭 Aiming to get back to it, albeit gently, from Tuesday. Big thanks to @al_sports.therapist for making the initial diagnosis, making the pain more manageable and improving my mobility after it first happened. #hey #fitfam 💪🏼🔥 Ich hoffe, ihr hattet bisher ein schönes Wochenende gehabt und könnt das Wetter richtig schön nutzen 🥰☀️ . Für mich ging es heute morgen wie jedes Wochenende bereits ins #gym und diesmal stand wieder der Unterkörper und der Bauch auf dem Programm 🏋🏼‍♀️🔥 Und ich dachte mal, heute ein Bild aus einer ungewohnten neuen Perspektive wäre mal interessant 😂 . Zum aktuellen Stand meiner #ketogenediät : Ich habe einen weiteren Erfolg zu melden 😬💪🏼 Heute morgen zeigte die Waage bereits 2,5kg weniger an als vor der Diät und auch bei meinem Taillenumfang konnte ich mit stolzen 62,5cm einen neuen Rekord verzeichnen 🥰🔥 (noch vor 2 Jahren zu Beginn meiner Fitnesslaufbahn waren es fast 10cm und auch 10kg mehr) . Meine Trainingsgewichte bleiben zwar weiterhin konstant, allerdings merke ich eine Verbesserung der Ausführung und wie sie mir leichter vorkommen. Nur für das nächsthöhere Gewicht reicht es bei manchen Übungen dann doch nicht. Allerdings habe ich sie auch letzte Woche erst erhöht, dürfte also erstmal reichen 😌 Aber vielleicht geht diese Woche bei einigen Übungen auch wieder noch etwas mehr 🤗🔥🙏🏼 . Nun sind wir noch im Garten und haben vorhin schön gegrillt 🥰☀️🍖 Jetzt heißt es noch das schöne Wetter genießen, bis es morgen wieder arbeiten geht 🙈 . Was habt ihr heute schönes gemacht? Then we ask ourselves am I willing to do what it takes to achieve this. Success can be a lonely road. We have to accept change. We have to accept failure. It won’t be easy. You’ll lose friends and family along the way. You’ll have to sacrifice partying and all the other bs that we think matters in this life we live. You’ll have to leave your comfort zone and I can tell you ppl settle bc they are afraid of being uncomfortable. Afraid of change, afraid of failure. Afraid of what their peers will say. We are built to change. We are built to be challenged. You can be whatever you desire. It just has to mean that much to you that you will do whatever it takes, no matter how long it takes to achieve that level of success you desire. It has to be your main priority above everything else in your life. Only a few will see the light. Only a few will travel down that dark lonely road to success. The light is at the end of the tunnel but you must travel through darkness to get there. Long as you keep moving forward, you’ll find your way. Are you will to leave your comfort zone?
