💗children suffering with eczema, behavioral issues, always sick, colic & MANY more💗 I vividly remember the look and brush off the dermatologist gave me when I mentioned gut health being a cause of Jack's eczema. "Nope. Some kids just have it. He might grow out of it by around age 2; he might not." This is what he told me. So I got the prescription for cream and we were sent on our merry way. When that cream didn't work, in came another prescription cream. We spent hundreds on doctor appointments, home remedies, elimination diets, and probably 15 different creams/ointments over the course of this last year. I already had Jack on a quality (so I thought) and expensive probiotic since birth since I thought his gut health was compromised. But nothing worked. How did y’all sleep last night?! If it weren’t for JMac randomly crying in his sleep and coughing, I literally would have slept like a log. I used to have bouts of insomnia, too. Not anymore!!!! . . . Do you wake up between 1 and 3 am? 🕰 Your body is trying to tell you something! . . . When a person has yeast overgrowth, the first major organ invaded by yeast is the liver. After months to years of continuing invasion into deeper tissues, It causes the liver to malfunction, either through direct poisoning or through interruption of the liver’s normal processes. The result is excess levels of toxin in the bloodstream, especially evident between 1 and 3 am when it appears the liver goes through a natural nightly change. The result of today's kitchen experiment: 'Top Deck' gummies. The small person wanted me to make gummies & when I asked what flavour, she chose white chocolate. A little bit of good quality white chocolate mixed with coconut cream, vanilla & grass-fed gelatin & voila! There was way more than we needed for the flower moulds she'd chosen, so I tipped some into a glass dish & set it in the freezer while I mixed some raw cacao powder into the rest. A bit more time in the fridge & this got the thumbs up from all the family.
