You don’t always have to practice the pose over and over to get there. It’s the endless combinations of postures and flows that does.
Suggesting to hold postures 5 - 10 breaths, using ujjayi pranayama. Pay attention to stacking of joints when moving through first flow. Prioritize joint stacking and the pranayama.
Flowing through 3 leg dog ➡️ lizard ➡️ side angle ➡️ visvamitrasana will open the backs of your legs, hips and shoulders and increase ankle strength and flexibility, strengthen shoulders, arms, wrists, core.
Reclined warmups allows you to not worry about your balance, focus on lengthening of the legs, and using the ground as a prop for more opening of the hip and shoulder.
