Need some motivation this fine Monday? Here's a quick killer workout for your legs and booty🍑 1️⃣ Warm up with 10min treadmill or whatever cardio you prefer. What a start to the week - Squat PB of 102.5kg @grafthaus and it moved well 🏋🏼‍♀️!! Just over 11 months ago I suffered a knee injury which made me doubt being able to lift heavy so my goal was to get to 100kg pain free and we have only gone and smashed that goal 🤗. Good mornings... a great exercise, not just for the lower back but for the rear side of the body. Hits the majority of the posterior chain, loading on the core, glutes, lower back and hamstring muscles. Ensure when performing this exercise, no curvature is being created in the lower back. The legs are as straight as possible and you are tilting your pelvis back and sticking the bum out. If you’re looking to build your leg and bum muscles this is the exercise for you! 🔥💪🏻
