🔥🔥Weightloss 🔥🔥 Hello EveryOne My Name Is Paco I have been in my Weightloss Journey for 1 year and 2 months now i started at my heaviest 408 lbs right now im at 288so ive lost a total of ⬇️120 lbs... in 2017 i was in the lowest point of my life with a really bad depreassion always being sick admited in the hospital because of my c02 i had ao many problems with my sleep apnea, i was also diagnose as predabetic with hypertension, i will always Remember the Dr. words telling if you dont lose weight you are going to die! That made me more depressed and would have thoughts of taking my life Away. I decided it was time to make a change! I looked for God And He Saved Me 🙏🏻 he gave me the strenghth to Work On Creating a better version of my self. Now im gratesfull Everyday for everthing I went Through i know now what his purpose is for me hes using me to help other that are strugleling like i was! Working on my body, my headspace and my ability to be consistent. Consistency is “boring” I guess but it’s where all good things come from. Strength building, weight loss/gain. Even friendships and relationships work better with increased consistency. CORE EXERCISE: KNEE TUCKS 💪 . This is a really good ab exercise you can use if you have trx cables or just rings like im using in this video . I like this exercise better than most conventional ab exercises like situps or crunches because your isolating the abs unlike the exercises you use a lot of your back muscles . A good way you can incorporate it into your workout is 3 sets of 10 knee tucks x 1min plank x 1min rest or depending on fitness levels 3 sets of 5 knee tucks 30 sec plank with 1min rest ✌ . Try this out next time your doing a workout and let me know what you think! 🤘
