“Gearing up” Welcome to my Saturday morning. It is now 6:30am, been up since 5:30 and I’m preparing to go for a 20 mile training run. Breakfast is a coffee (DUH!) and avocado toast. Run gear includes rain gear because...it’s raining. (Train no matter the weather.) fuel includes everything from drinks with electrolytes, real food (bananas and pretzels) to baby food pouches (my system doesn’t like run gu) This is what training runs are all about. Ist diese intelligent konzipiert, ist es nahezu nichts. Ist diese es nicht, kann es gravierende Auswirkungen haben. Also nicht immer nur auf die Waage achten.
