#sezane #frenchstyle Hello! I received a package from Sezane today, with my first order. I never quite understood Sezane-mania and the few times that I went to a store I found nothing to buy there. I love their aesthetic in general but when it comes to pull the trigger and buy their clothes I never find anything that makes me giddy with excitement and pushes me over the edge. It is possible that I find it easier to buy at Madewell, which is slightly less expensive and shares a bit of the same aesthetic (yes, they did nail that French girl thing IMO). In any case a while ago I went crazy over this jumpsuit, of all things. I only own one jumpsuit and it's a long sleeve one and gets never worn because of that. I liked the fact that it's short-sleeve and that is an indigo blue instead of being boring navy. I stalked it forever because it was soldout in my size and finally last Wednesday (day when the returns and new arrivals are released on the website) there was a size 4 available. Now, I am always a bit suspicious of the size conversion but I know that I am a pretty solid FR 36, which Sezane has converted to a US 4 so I ordered it even if I am never a 4 (a 2 maximum). It just arrived today and it does fit how I would expect my size to fit (it is a bit roomy but the 34 would definitely be too small). I am quite impressed: it is supersoft and not only was well packaged (and parfumed, which I personally love) but I found a small foulard as a surprise gift. Speaking of gifts, if you are on the fence about placing an order with them, today is a good day because you will receive a free (gorgeous) fabric tote in a beautiful summery print.
