Today I’m taking the #MoreToMe challenge from @KateFert 💕 🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸 Something that I’ve never shared with you guys on IG is how I really became as strong as I am today. I was bullied all through high school by some extremely mean girls. I went to 2 high schools just outside of Vancouver, BC and I struggled with bullying at both schools. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The bullying mainly stemmed from my online presence. I was called very awful names behind my back and to my face because I posted photos as a blogger and I didn’t have a very large following, so people thought I was just doing it for the attention. A group of people even made a separate IG account just making fun of me and the photos I posted. Nobody wanted to have anything to do with me except for a special few people who I still keep close with from high school, you know who you are❤️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I have never been this vulnerable with you guys so this was a little difficult for me, but I’m glad you all have a bit more of a background about how I became the confident, female blogger I am today. Everybody starts their following at 0, and if people judge you for what you’re doing, and you are passionate about it, IGNORE THEM! It’ll make you stronger in the long run! I save a fortune making my own smoothie bowls. Pineapple banana base topped with blackberries, bananas, chia seeds, coconut and cinnamon. И вам кажется это несправедливостью жизни. Но давайте разберем, какие у этого могут быть причины, и стоит ли называть ее ведьмой и сжигать на костре. ⠀ 1. Оля ест все, что хочет. Но ест мало калорий, то есть находится в дефиците. Вы видите, как Оля завтракает одним кофе, на обеде ест пару булок с чаем, а на ужин уплетает порцию макарон с сосиcкой. Ест, что хочет, это правда. Но по количеству калорий это невероятно мало, и я молчу про баланс БЖУ. Скорее всего, Оля стройная, но с проблемами со здоровьем. У Оли синяки под глазами, сбой цикла, лезут волосы и постоянно плохое настроение. ⠀ 2. Света ест, что хочет, но не пропускает тренировки, ходит много пешком, ведет активный образ жизни. Света находится на дефиците или на поддержании, потому что все съеденные тортики отрабатывает каждый день в зале. Да, она стройная, но видели ли Вы ее попу без фотошопа? Скорее всего, там давно живет целлюлит. Не зря ведь говорят: ты то, что ты ешь. ⠀ 3. Галя ест все, что хочет и не ходит в зал, ведет малоактивный образ жизни, не толстеет, целлюлита нет.  Вот Галя точно ведьма! Нет, я шучу. Все мы ведьмы до определенного возраста. Я была ведьмой до 25 лет. У каждого свои халявные биологические часы. Давайте посмотри на Галю через пару лет. Не известно, во сколько этот возраст наступит, кому как повезет. ⠀ Кто-то скажет, что чем позже, тем лучше, а я не соглашусь. Я рада, что мой закончился в 25. Ведь если нет внешних последствий такого питания, то точно накапливаются внутренние. Берегите свои желудки, свои зубы, свой иммунитет. Много чего нам выдается один раз и на всю жизнь. И проще сохранить фигуру, качество кожи и здоровье, чем потом пытаться это вернуть. ⠀ #путькппowlina
