Doesn't getting together with college friends always bring ya back?
🥳 My former party girl self came out to play this weekend and damnnn was it fun! Indulged in too many cocktails 🍹 , flip cup (surprisingly still got my skills 💁🏼♀️), 3 giant cupcakes 🧁 , pizza 🍕 , donuts 🍩, limited water 💧🚫, ya know... alllll the things!
Every once in awhile I love going all out 😍 but its also a great reminder how treating your body like shit makes ya feel like shit 💩 ...something I did for YEARS. No wonder I was always lazy, no energy, zero motivation and was addicted to sugar. I stayed in that zone until my mid 20s then one day I woke up and was like I can't keep doing this cycle.
🙌🏻 I made the decision to change. It didn't happen over night and it was so hard at first but I kept going, overtime I started to gain energy, look forward to workouts, crave healthy foods and soon enough I had created healthier HABITS. Habits I LOVE. I had no idea just how good our bodies are designed to feel when we take care of them!
#forrealthough if you're feeling STUCK, please know you CAN break the cycle. If I did it, so can you! One foot in front of the other, one decision after another...choose your lane and GO 🤸🏼♀️ 💗
