My daycare provider watched my daughter for a little extra time tonight so I could run to the gym for BODYPUMP. Normally I would've stayed for a second class and then gone out to do my own thing for another 45 or so minutes, so I thought I'd make this quick workout count. I increased my weight on every single track except one, and I can literally FEEL myself getting stronger. I can't wait until I'm able to go to the gym as much as I want to again! Man it feels nice to be getting my physical sh#%* together. Dont ever let anyone tell you that you are not good enough for something, not cut out for something , dont let anyone judge you or tell you that something that is making your life better is wrong. Do what makes you happy ,aim for the stars and dont give up until you get there. Do whatever you feel like doing because its your Destiny. Make progress every day and dont be so hard on yourself , we are only human 💁 Focus on loving yourself FIRST! Sometimes its hard to stay on track or to kick bad habits , its easy to fall back into those bad patterns and bad habits but you dont have to give up if you do , just keep pushing towards your goals even if its baby steps, KEEP PUSHING! Give it all your blood, sweat and tears because somedays its not as easy as other days and those are the days that are going to make you stronger 💪 So keep pushing towards your goals because you can and will do what your mind sets out to do. I used to dread working legs because they were my weakest muscle groups, I knew my legs weren’t strong, and because upper body all day 🤨... Now that I’m on a leg day 3x a week regimen, I am finally starting to feel confident about my legs and getting stronger! Of course I used adobe Premiere Pro to edit it all but still... don’t let the fact that you don’t have a fancy camera hold you back from creating ✊🏽

Alright, first Monday back since having the flu. Felt good to get back to the gym feeling back to normal. Going to revamp my workouts. Normally, Mondays are glute days but I've decided to change that and make them a back day with plyometric that focus on the legs. Don't have a video of the plyometrics but started with jump squats and plyometric lunges.
