Fitness 101 yang saya bagikan akan lumayan panjang yang males baca ya silakan Scroll aja ke atas 😁. Hanya ingin berbagi. Sekedar Sharing tidak bermaksud menyerang atau menyinggung siapapun. Buat Kalian yang sering nyoba Bodyfat Analyzer di Gym , mereka belum tentu akurat bahkan terkadang sangat jauh, seperti yang saya coba barusan. There's no Way kadar Lemak atau Bodyfat saya 6.9%! Estimasi saya sekitar 10-12% (at most!). Banyak yang underestimate how much bodyfat yang mereka simpan. The Question is bagaimana caranya estimasi kadar Lemak secara Akurat? 1. DEXASCAN (Which is expensive "kalian bs google") 2. Bodyfat Caliper ( Ada rumus dan lebih baik lgsg sama yg profesional) Tapi pada akhirnya kadar lemak hanyalah angka tidak terlalu penting at least menurut saya. Yang terpenting adalah visual kalian bukan angka yang tertera pada timbangan. (Kecuali kalian memang sudah Advanced Level dan Musclemass Near Genetic Limit tracking your weight is necessary) Karena dalam banyak kasus orang kecewa saat beratnya belum turun Padahal dia tidak sadar dia meningkat dalam massa otot, sedangkan ada orang yang melakukan banyak cardio dan diet ekstrim, Mereka senang saat mereka turun 5 kg dalam seminggu Padahal mereka tidak sadar yang turun hanyalah air bukanlah semuanya lemak. Bevon Blackwood - 56 years young ••• This transformation was 12 months in the making however time was never an issue on this one. Bevon is a perfectionist, very meticulous and in no rush which as a coach is music to our ears. It meant we could use a long term sustainable approach with regards to both training and nutrition. ••• Initially Bevon was put into a slight caloric deficit to lose some body fat and prime Bevon for the next phase where accruing tissue would be the goal. Again this was done with only a slight surplus. Due to Bevon’s genetics, training age and his attention to detail he remained very lean whilst building muscle, something that for most people, even people half Bevon’s age is extremely difficult to achieve. ••• We only added cardio in the last 2 weeks before his photoshoot and even then it was walking on the treadmill. ••• Bevon achieved this fantastic transformation because... 1. He executed every rep of every set of every workout meticulously 2. He was consistent with nutrition 3. He progressively increased load 4. He recovered correctly. 5. Нормальное его количество обеспечивает поддержание репродуктивной функции женщин.  Но когда происходит гормональный сбой некоторое количество гормона  скапливается в таких местах, как бёдра, ягодицы, реже всего на животе. Это и  приводит к формированию той самой ненавистной апельсиновой корки. ⠀ Наша основная цель улучшить кровообращение, уменьшить или устранить отёк, повысить лимфодренаж и усилить обмен веществ. Ничего нового , Да? 😅 ⠀ Поэтому беги быстрей выполнять мою тренировку для красивых ножек: (все упражнения в карусели): ▪️Выпады с поочередной сменой ног - 3 подхода по 20 раз; ▪️Выпад с махом ноги назад - 3 подхода по 15 раз (на каждую ногу); ▪️Джампинг Джек - 3 подхода по 1 минуте; ▪️Упражнение с резинкой "Локоть-колено" - 3 подхода по 20 раз; ⠀ Отдых между подходами 1 минуту. I can’t catch a break with this rain 😩 Right when we left Cali it was raining , & now that I feel better it’s raining & freezing 🥶 🙄🙄 where is the AZ weather at ? All I want to do is hike some mountains that’s all 😒 - The good thing i did is some shoulder & arm workouts with some dumbbells 💪🏽 The last couple of days that I wasn’t working out I felt like I was loosing muscle , maybe I wasn’t or maybe I’m just weird for thinking that.
