Conditions you better for lifting your own body weight, which is very important. pull up is great for improving thickness of your back muscles. people are not aware that pull-up is one of the best exercise for biceps. Note - dont swing back n forth, do it with a strict form , straight up n straight down. 1-2 pull-ups with a right form is better than 10 pull-ups. its about quality of reps not quantity. Note - If you are novice - start with lat pull down, slowly progress to pull-ups.
