You know what is frustrating??? One day I’ll clearly have abs and the next day I’ll have abs if I squint hard enough 🤣. It will take me weeks to finally get my core looking right and all of 24 hrs for it disappear 🙄. But honestly at the end of the day I know it’s all about what you eat. Hand up who loves doing on on one Personal Training? 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽👌🏽👌🏽⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Yeah me too – spending quality time with someone as you coach them towards their goals is a privilege and highly rewarding. But for all the benefits that come with one on one PT, there are many downsides to having a business that solely relies it:⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ✖️Your time is capped (there’s only so many sessions you can fit into a week)⁣⁣ ✖️ Your income is capped⁣⁣ ✖️If you have multiple clients doing multiple sessions per week you’re at a financial risk (for example if 2 clients doing 2 x sessions per week leave you’re 4 sessions down which puts a strain on your income)⁣⁣ ✖️ It limits who you can work with as not many can afford 1/1 prices⁣⁣ ✖️If you don’t turn up to sessions you don’t get paid⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I got super frustrated at all these things. I loved one on one but it wasn’t working for me anymore.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ That’s when I introduced small group training, partner training and eventually introduced online products. I didn’t know it at the time but I had started to create my own ecosystem. A business where there were multiple entry points for people with different budgets and needs. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ My PT ecosystem wasn’t reliant on clients; it was nurtured and fed in other ways. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ When you change your approach to your PT business the possibilities for it are endless. It really is amazing what can be achieved these days with some great systems, clarity and passion. Day 101- I had another great workout today! I didn’t do cardio really. I just kind of danced in the little studio gym I was in. Workout: Full Body HIIT- I worked out for 35 seconds, rested for 25 seconds, and I did this for a total of 8 minutes and 35 seconds for each little routine 1️⃣mountain climbers, high knees, crossbody reaches into lateral jumps 2️⃣crisscrosses into froggers, plank jacks, double side steps with oblique twists 3️⃣crossbody toe reaches into lateral side jumps, inchworm burpees, lunge split jumps with knee lifts #gymshark #fitnesswomen #fitness #gymmotivation #fitnessgirl #fitspo

🤯 WTF IS GOING ON WITH THIS "SELF-LIVE MOVEMENT 🙄 I have a bone to pick with the self love movement. In theory, great... I mean, the whole "if you want a bikini body, just go buy a bikini and put it on your body" thing sounds great when you say it. But I have had so many people coming to me saying that they feel ashamed because they want #selflove but they also want to lose 10lbs. We have gone total opposite from fat shaming, which is a step in the right direction for sure. But if you are UNHEALTHY then you should want to get healthier (note, this could mean gaining weight, losing weight, or even just cleaning up your act) If you are HEALTHY then learning to love your body is going to be key. You can also LOVE your body AND want to CHANGE it. Loving yourself and wanting to improve yourself are not mutually exclusive. In fact, they are the same damn thing. So eat healthy because you love yourself. Workout becaue you love yourself. Improve yourself because you love yourself. And love yourself enough to be able to slow down and admire your accomplishments along the way. #becomingabadass #selflove #f *ckthescale

Oh this day 😤 I didn’t want to work out, but I did. I wanted to get the tasty cinnamon roll and grits at my friends birthday breakfast, but I didn’t. I didn’t want to do anything today honestly, but I worked 10 hours, still made time for my workout and my Keto breakfast and lunch, and now I’m rocking my sweet angel to sleep. Life doesn’t always work the way we want it to, life doesn’t always show us the easiest path, but it’s our responsibly to create what we want for ourselves. I want to feel good. I want to be healthy. I want to be fit and strong. I know what it takes to get there and I push everyday- today I so desperately wanted to fall short. I started burpees and I thought, no one would ever know if I skipped these... but I would know. I have to hold myself accountable. I’m not waiting for an opportunity to be better, I’m creating it. Why do many women feel that women who care for themselves are bad people? I see on social media people who post things like “God made me with a big heart instead of a good body” or “God made me smart and with a great heart, not like those girls that die of hunger for appearances” 🤔 I’m not sure where people get that from, but I know a lot of people that take care of themselves who are smart, and are beautiful inside and out. Self care is a great! Self care is not selfish! We must take care of ourself in order to care for others. I don’t know about you, but as a mother I would love to watch my kids grow and I would love to grow old with my husband. Caring for ourself is not wrong, as a matter of fact I hope to teach my children to do the same.
