Immediately start being like them or if they have products or services then purchase them. Invest in yourself. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 4️⃣Stop trying to be perfect but be 1% better everyday. This means if you don't have 3 hours to workout then go for 1 hour or even as easy as 15 mins. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ There was a study where it showed that a 5 min Tabata workout early morning ( Tabata is when you do an exercise for 20s then rest for 10s and repeat that cycle for the duration of 5 mins) is equivalent to doing a 45 min cardio session on a cardio machine. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ "If you want things in your life to change, then you got to change things in your life". ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ What change will you make to become a healthier version of you? We're too busy, we're tired, we really need to clean out the car and that corner behind the fridge isn't just going to dust itself, is it? . Having said that, please Don't exercise if your signs and symptoms are below the neck, such as chest congestion, a hacking cough or upset stomach . Don't exercise if you have a fever, fatigue or widespread muscle aches. Let your body be your guide. If you feel miserable, take a break. A few days off from exercise when you're sick shouldn't affect your performance. Resume your normal workout routine gradually as you begin to feel better. . And don't workout with a full tummy. Exercising on a full stomach can make you feel just plain sick. Eating a large amount of food before exercising can cause stomach pain and cramps. It may even lead to nausea and diarrhea . If you eat a large meal, wait at least three hours before exercising. A small meal should be followed by a wait period of two to three hours. Whenever you break free of trying to be “normal”, other “normal” people will do their damnedest to make you feel like shit! One of the worst things we can do in life is to listen to people who aren’t even trying to do what we are attempting to do. Think about it- how many people are sitting back on their couches armchair-quarterbacking the lives of others? We have people who can’t even run a mile critiquing a young man who wants to become an Army Ranger. We have people who can’t throw a football 10 yards talking shit about the play of an NFL QB. We have people who barely graduated high school discouraging a young student from applying to an Ivy League. The examples are endless. There is a pattern here. Most of the people giving the advice, doing the judging and criticizing, etc., are people who have failed to even attempt greatness. It is so easy nowadays for people to publicly judge others thanks to technology and the many platforms at their fingertips. A lot of these underachievers can easily hide and talk their shit. This outlet makes them feel better about themselves. You can’t allow these cowards to prevent you from excelling in life or at least attempting to do so! If the people around you aren’t pushing you to exhaust your physical and mental limits, do not allow these people in your life! They will do everything in their power to bring you down as you make them feel insecure because they aren’t willing to give the effort that you are everyday of your life.

I FUCKED UP! Honesty post 🤦🏼‍♀️ Today was check in day with the boss man and it was a less than ideal week for me. My level of discipline this week was questionable with me being around 20% over most days on my macros. The reality is I am human, I fuck up too. My mindset this week was “I’ve got heaps of time”. That infested into every day and has subsequently put me a week behind. Am I happy about this, no! I was more annoyed at myself for letting my coach down and having him being disappointed in me hurts the most. But here is the thing, I didn’t sugar coat it, or give him excuses I was just honest in my check in this week. I wasn’t going to say I hit my macros but couldn’t explain why my weight fluctuated this week and then the weekly average in a HUGE deficit was the same as the week before. He’s not stupid and i’m not a lier. I’m also not going to blame other people or factors for my choices. It was my choice to over eat! Not stress, not sleep, not my cycle, not Josh, and whatever other excuse you could think of. So a wake up call to all competitors and everyone on a weight loss journey ... Shit happens, your not perfect but honesty is the ONLY way you can get through a prep. Honesty with yourself and honesty with your coach. It’s not about being perfect it’s about being honest. (Last weeks check in photos because I forgot I went to weekly photos this week too ! God worst client award for me this week)!

La cafeína se absorbe rápidamente (15 a 20min) en el sistema gastrointestinal, su máxima vida es de 2 horas después de su toma que se irá disminuyendo al 50 - 75% en 3 a 6 horas y se elimina del cuerpo después de este tiempo. - - Mecanismo de actuación. En el cuerpo estimula la liberación de adrenalina y noradrenalina de la médula suprarrenal, favorece la movilización de ácidos grasos, de los triglicéridos almacenados en el tejido adiposo, músculo e hígado, mejora la contractibilidad neuro-muscular, estimula la mayor actividad de contracciones en el corazón, mayor estado de alerta al hiperestimular el Sistema Nervioso Central, etc. - - El uso en el deporte su consumo adecuado es necesario 60min antes de empezar el entrenamiento o competición & se debe de elegir la cantidad bajo los factores de tolerancia y la meta deportiva. - - Niveles de consumo en Mg/toma.
