Hey guys! Really sorry I haven’t posted in months! I have been busy moving countries, but I am finally settling in and I have started filming again. What do you do with 8000 leftovers from having a taco bar?? You eat taco salad every night 🤷🏻‍♀️ gluten, dairy and soy free. 100% delicious and full of flavor. It’s amazing what onion, jalapeños, salt & pepper can do to a salad. I eat A LOT of salads. If I posted my dinners every night it would be 75% salad and 35% leftovers of what my kids didn’t eat of their dinner. I always tell myself “man, I’d be wayyy more toned if I didn’t have kids” as I stuff my face with cold Mac and cheese...but then I also think, my heart would be empty. One of my fave workouts! Video shows a bit of the warm up. We then did Thrusters, cleans and front squats. So many things you can do with these 3... here we did 5 rounds of 5 of each, gradually increasing the load. I was feeling cute, might delete later 😆🤣😂 I have been struggling for the past few weeks. I have been feeling out of my element, lethargic, sleepy , tired and all other things. I may have been pushing my body to its limit lately. So I decided to take a few days off from training but always keeping my diet consistent. Thanks to my coach @theshottad , he’s been keeping me on point and checking on me every week. I definitely see big changes in my body. I’m learning to have a better relationship with food. I try to see it more as fuel to my body and I’m learning to control my appetite a lot more. This is what off season has been about; learning to have a *better relationship with food* and I thank my coach for that. I am happy today that I feel a lot better and I was able to train without feeling sleepy 💤 and got through all my training without crying 😆...
