Receta que ¡No falla!👇🏻 ▪Alfajorcitos de COCO▪ Para las tapitas vas a necesitar: •1 taza de 🥥 rallado •1 huevo •1cda de stevia líquida •1 chorrito de extracto de vainilla •1 pizca de sal del himalaya (para realzar sabores) Para el relleno: • DDL, mermelada, pasta de 🥜... ¡lo que quieras! Procedimiento: Mezclamos todos los ingredientes hasta integrarlos bien. Luego vamos colocando la mezcla en moldes de muffins para darle la forma circular o moldes redondos, si no tenes podes colocarlos en una placa y darle forma con las 👐. Here is my first half of my @gymshark review! I haven't worked out in everything yet, so I'll follow up with info about the clothes during workouts / sweat proof etc. For now here is an initial try on review🤗 Tops: 1) Flex sports bra in khaki: I love the fit of this bra, will definitely be curious as to how well it supports during high intensity workouts, but initially it feels like really good quality and it has really subtle text on the front. The back logo is also pretty subtle overall I love it so far! I can see why everyone has been obsessed with the new flex collection. 2) Ombre Long sleeve crop top: They don't sell the ombre collection anymore, but they are the exact same as the vital seamless collection and the material is amazing! It's sweat proof, and breathable for being a longsleeve shirt. I've already posted about this one but I thought I'd include it! 3) Vital Seamless Long sleeve in Blush nude: okay the length of this isn't really my thing because it goes to a pretty low and awkward length, but the second that I tied it up I loved it! I wore this one this morning to do an upper body sesh (filmed it so I'll show in a bit) SUPER comfy and also really sweat proof which is surprising for being a light color! The only thing is I wouldn't wear a black sports bra underneath, keep it light colored or I tried it with the khaki flex and you wouldn't see through it as much! Pants: 1) Energy seamless: Initial feel of these was a bit stiff, but the more I wore them the softer they felt. The cut outs are cute but they're not fully my thing. I love the color and the rise of these and they are squat proof! Curious about how sweat proof they are because grey usually shows, but I'll share once I try them out. 2) Vital seamless leggings: okay these are my FAV leggings now. They feel like really good quality, they're squat proof, and they are sweat proof. The rise on them is also a bit high but if you fold them down then they hit right at the belly button. I do wonder how they will hold up during a high intensity workout but I will test it out and let you guys know! Cansa pra carai limpar a casa e aproveitei coloquei o relógio pra ver quantas calorias eu ia perder limpando a casa hoje ! Arrasta para o lado .. 400cal na faxina ! Já queimei a barra de chocolate que comi hahaha Negócio é colocar um funk bem alto em casa e mandar ver no Cardio da faxina !!!!!
