I SOMATOTIPI È la prima cosa che viene analizzata su una persona che vuole iniziare un percorso di allenamento. Il somatotipo varia in base alle caratteristiche del soggetto. Si dividono in: ▪️ECTOMORFO: magro, poco muscoloso, ossa sottili, fatica a mettere muscoli, grasso corporeo basso; ▪️ENDOMOFRMO: tozzo, ossa grandi, grasso corporeo alto, tendenza ad ingrassare; ▪️MESOMORFO: muscoli voluminosi, atletico, grasso corporeo medio-basso. Ma ogniuna di queste categorie ha dei vantaggi e degli svantaggi. Il mesomorfo, tra tutti, è quello che possiede le caratteristiche migliori. Ma nella realtà è molto improbabile che esistano persone che sono totalmente di una sola categoria, ma siamo tutti un misto di queste categorie. Infine è quindi impossibile basarsi solo su questo fattore per programmare un allenamento, ma bisogna unirlo ad altre informazioni per trovare la giusta quadratura. They fuel my body with the necessary carbs, fat, proteins and micros while also being caloricallh-friendly; all are under 300 calories. Of course, the caloric-density will change based on goals and size, but for me 300 is ideal for the time being and this self-awareness comes with making anecdotal notes, keeping track of progress and being in tune with your body, something not enough people do. Also, notice I tend to pair healthy fats and/or protein with carbs (mainly fruits) for a well-balanced, well-rounded meal and not just focus on one nutrient source though there is a time and place for that too. Anyways, here are some examples: - Option 1: apple and 2 tbsp. of peanut butter is such an amazing pairing! Super high in fiber and nutrients! ➖ Option 2: for the chocolate lovers out there, get your potassium in too by pairing dark chocolate with a banana! ➖ Option 3: some trailmix for the on-the-go people! Pair nuts with raisins! ➖ Option 4: smoothies are an easy way to get your nutrients in with minimal effort! Each category is composed of several different fatty acids, each of which have their own special functions

Both are polyunsaturated fats and are essential to survival. A long time ago, humans ate a ratio of about 1:1 O6:O3. Diets were made up vegetables, fish, nuts, meat etc. Nowadays, corn has found its way into just about everything (its cheap and there billions of people so it makes sense) one of the results of this is now humans have a ratio of O6:O3 of about 16:1 or even 20:1 😳 .
Crazy right!? As you can tell from above, the overpowering strength of the omega 6 functions will dominate and cause a ton of problems

This is why you see OMEGA 3 fortified foods everywhere now. This is an effort to bring the ratio back
.
My suggestion is to limit your corn oils, try and lean towards grass fed meat, eat fish or even take a fish oil supplement if you’re not a big fish fan. Take the fortified foods too, just to be safe 😊 Obviously consult with your doctor if you feel like you have a significant imbalance and need extra attention (especially if you already have or suspect you may have a cardiovascular issue!) 👍🏼 . Stopala bi trebala biti čvrsto na podu bez imalo pomicanja tijekom cijelog pokreta. Približite stopala maksimalno prema gluteusu te zadržavajte čvrstoću. Takav način vam omogućava zadržavanje pravilne pozicije i dodatnu snagu za kvalitetniju izvedbu. ▫️▫️▫️ 👉 Kretanje šipke -> U ekscentričnoj fazi (spuštanju) nema nekih problema - spuštajte šipku otprilike na ili malo ispod bradavica, a kada dižete šipku (koncentrična faza) probajte ne podići šipku samo ravno nego malo i unazad (kao da vraćate šipku prema stalku). Također vodite računa da stisnete gluteus i da se maksimalno uprete nogama o pod. ▫️▫️▫️ 👉 Kontrolirajte šipku tijekom cijelog pokreta i nemojte odbijati šipku od prsa jer to može dovesti do ozbiljnih problema, nego radije smanjite malo opterećenje i pauzirajte šipku sekundu do dvije pa potiskujte. ▫️▫️▫️ 👉 Spojite lopatice -> stisnite lopatice jednu prema drugoj I držite ih spojene tijekom cijelog pokreta. Bench press (potisak s klupe) je vježba koja se možda čak i najviše izvodi diljem svijeta (pogotovo muška populacija). Ova naizgled jednostavna vježba ima niz faktora koje treba poštovati da bi maksimizirali izvedbu i minimalizirali eventualne ozljede. ▫️▫️▫️ 👉 Adekvatan hvat -> Šipku pozicionirajte u srednji dio dlana, te koristite puni hvat (zatvorena šaka, palac preko šipke) jer "monkey" hvat nije siguran niti preporučljiv pogotovo pri većim kilažama. Širina samog hvata ovisi o širini ruku, ali ne preporučuje se niti preširoki niti preuski. Koristite srednji hvat i vodite računa da vam kut u laktovima ne prelazi 90 stupnjeva. ▫️▫️▫️ 👉 Pozicija stopala -> Stopala bi trebala biti čvrsto na podu bez imalo pomicanja tijekom cijelog pokreta. Približite stopala maksimalno prema gluteusu te zadržavajte čvrstoću. Takav način vam omogućava zadržavanje pravilne pozicije i dodatnu snagu za kvalitetniju izvedbu. ▫️▫️▫️ 👉 Kretanje šipke -> U ekscentričnoj fazi (spuštanju) nema nekih problema - spuštajte šipku otprilike na ili malo ispod bradavica, a kada dižete šipku (koncentrična faza) probajte ne podići šipku samo ravno nego malo i unazad (kao da vraćate šipku prema stalku). Također vodite računa da stisnete gluteus i da se maksimalno uprete nogama o pod. ▫️▫️▫️ 👉 Kontrolirajte šipku tijekom cijelog pokreta i nemojte odbijati šipku od prsa jer to može dovesti do ozbiljnih problema, nego radije smanjite malo opterećenje i pauzirajte šipku sekundu do dvije pa potiskujte. ▫️▫️▫️ 👉 Spojite lopatice -> stisnite lopatice jednu prema drugoj I držite ih spojene tijekom cijelog pokreta. Tako štitite ramena i zadržavate čvrsti pravilni položaj.
