Transformation Info YOU GOT THIS👌🏿 ___ A gluten-free diet is not inherently a weight-loss diet. Weight loss is always going to be based on calories eaten vs calories burned. If you eat a lot of high-calorie gluten-free food, it’s no better than eating a lot of high-calorie gluten food. Calories count whether they contain gluten or not.🤷🏿‍♂️ just saying ___ MY APPROACH....I always strongly advise getting tested for celiac disease BEFORE trying a gluten-free diet for any reason ___ Truth is, some people may initially lose weight on a GF diet because they haven’t found lots of GF substitutes for the foods they were eating before, so they might eat less calories overall. This effect goes away once the person starts finding more GF food and starts eating more again. thus the cycle starts over again😔 ____ Go back to my approach then find what suits you better with your lifestyle and your goals😊

I gotta be honest, I really and still do not like cardio and hiit. For years, I kept trying to stay consistent on it but also consistently stopping after a few tries. I even joined a 10k run, but I really do not like it. . I want to learn how to lift more and get strong, but I want to loose fat and slowly get shredded so I do not have a choice. 😂 my solution? Do other forms of cardio (such as the 45-min cardio pilates from @popsugarfitness ) and doing "mind-over-matter" mantra during HIIT and listening to Kpop. 😂 . What makes you keep doing it is when you love what you do. So I decided to do more of what I'm currently enjoying and see how it goes. Will still do cardio and hiit when I want, but I want to prioritize other workouts I like. . 💕😂 on doing what you like! Thank you God! I pass the ASVAB! I can't believe I went from a 22 to a 41. This is how I did it. 1. I quit my job because it was getting in the way. 2. I called my recruiter and told him to give me a date to take the ASVAB. 3. I spent the next 7 days studying AR, WK, PC, and MK. 4. I went to MEPS and pass the test! My best advice for passing the ASVAB is STUDY! I spent the last 7 days studying and solving math problems because I knew if I can get 10 more points on MK and AR, I would pass the ASVAB. This diagram is a breakdown of calories, for the bases of pretty much any goal, calories is the main part thats going to help you to achieve them! —————————- To lose weight/fat you need to be in a calorie deficit (decreased calories) This is based on energy balance which is as simple as calories in vs calories out, however that being said if we are in too much of a calorie deficit (BMR) our body can do the opposite and hold onto that excess fat/weight and make us lose our muscle mass which will give you the opposite of the end result you desire! —————————- On the other hand if you want to increase your weight/build muscle you need to be in a calorie surplus (increased calories) but again this does not give you the freedom to eat anything and everything your eyes see as this will lead to gaining fat instead of muscle. Again achieving the opposite results of what you will desire! —————————- With both these scenarios your calories can be tailored and calculated to suit your own needs! If you’ve been working out for a while and still not seeing the results you deserve or even if you feel tired, fatigued and over-run it might all be due because of calories and the foods we eat! A bit late to get these up, but better late than never right?! Motivation in a struggle for me, which exercising is a huge task. This time last year, I had PT. He was great! I saw him 3 times a week, I enjoyed working out for the first time! But we bought our house, money became tight and my wrist injury happened and I just stopped going to the gym. I miss it, but I lack the motivation, I lack the confidence to just go back in, my anxiety kicks in, even just going for a walk around the block, my anxiety pops out to say hey, but this week I want to push past it, starting off slow and hopefully add an extra workout each week. I also don't get enough sleep, for someone who is currently out of work you'd think I'd get enough right?! I get up at 3:30am to take my boyfriend to work, we leave at 4am, I get back at 6am and go back to sleep for another 3 hours. So I end up with 6-7 hours of broken sleep, I also wake up at least once within the first 3/4 hours. So I really want that to be a focused this week!

Hey FIT BUDDIES!! It’s legggg day! Having not being at the gym in a while I can say that this was such a hard workout but I ended up pushing through because where’s the work if you don’t push yourself. I started with a 15min incline walk and then went into glute activation workouts to get my blood pumping. Today was a lot of hip thrusting and man did I hurt😂. We also had one set of myo-reps and 2 different supersets in this workout.
