A bit late to get these up, but better late than never right?! Motivation in a struggle for me, which exercising is a huge task.
This time last year, I had PT. He was great! I saw him 3 times a week, I enjoyed working out for the first time! But we bought our house, money became tight and my wrist injury happened and I just stopped going to the gym. I miss it, but I lack the motivation, I lack the confidence to just go back in, my anxiety kicks in, even just going for a walk around the block, my anxiety pops out to say hey, but this week I want to push past it, starting off slow and hopefully add an extra workout each week.
I also don't get enough sleep, for someone who is currently out of work you'd think I'd get enough right?! I get up at 3:30am to take my boyfriend to work, we leave at 4am, I get back at 6am and go back to sleep for another 3 hours. So I end up with 6-7 hours of broken sleep, I also wake up at least once within the first 3/4 hours. So I really want that to be a focused this week!
