Deadlift ❓ Le soulevé de terre, ou deadlift est un exercice qui vise à travailler quasiment l'ensemble des groupes musculaires du corps. Avec cet exercice on va travailler principalement les ischio-jambiers, fessiers, lombaires, trapèzes (faisceaux moyens et inférieurs), grand rond et grand dorsal. On va également solliciter légèrement les quadriceps, adducteurs, mollets, avant-bras, trapèzes (faisceaux supérieurs) triceps (longue portion) et épaules (faisceau postérieur). 💪 Le mouvement : - Debout, espacer les pieds pour qu’ils soient à la largeur des épaules - Fléchir les jambes et saisir la barre à bras tendus - Avoir le regard fixé vers l’horizon Se pencher légèrement en avant et garder le dos droit - Lever la barre uniquement à la force des cuisses et des fessiers, sans modification de l'inclinaison du dos jusqu'à ce que la barre arrive légèrement au dessous du genoux - Contracter les cuisses et les fessiers couplée tout en contractant le dos pour finir de se redresser Le soulevé de terre étant un exercice assez 'technique', il te faut avoir une exécution irréprochable pour ne pas risquer de te blesser. In March of 2012 I started to learn how to exercise from the best people in Latvia. I believe there’s no coincidences in this life and everything happens for a big reason! I’ll be forever grateful to these people: Alina Isidorova, Vitalijs Aleksandrovs, Maris Kłavińš, Roberts Fišers, Dmitrijs Mihailovs, Konstantins Konstantinovs(Rest In Peace😭still can’t get over this)!🙏🏻All of them showed me the way of life, spirit of training, taught me basics. And everything I wanted since then is to be in gym environment and progress with the big steps! Life happened and I came to London, gained my qualification. Who else love this feeling? 🤩 I may say that I fully recovered from postpartum. Hey! 💪🏻Many ladies are rushing with their training after giving birth, you can’t and shouldn’t do SO MANY things! 🤷🏻‍♀️ Postpartum recovery won't be just a few days... Fully recovering from pregnancy and childbirth can take months. It took me 1,5 year!🤭 I’ll be straightforward and tell you what is what, just the way I am, always. 👋🏻 * During pregnancy, your body makes a hormone called relaxin, which makes all of your joints looser. It can take up to five months for joints to return to their earlier stability. 🙏🏻 * The pelvic floor involves the muscles, ligaments, tissues and nerves that support your uterus, bladder, vagina and rectum. The weight of your baby, plus labour and delivery, can put a lot of stress on it. 💁🏻‍♀️ * After birth, your core muscles can be weak, meaning it may be surprisingly hard to, say, lift a box of diapers out of the grocery cart. Almost all pregnant women have some degree of diastasis recti, which is a gap between the left and right abdominal wall muscles that’s caused when connective tissue thins out in response to hormones (yes, hormones again). 🤭That gap may close on its own in the first eight weeks after birth, but it often doesn’t, leading to a belly that still looks kind of pregnant, back pain and core muscles that are inefficient at lifting, pushing and pulling. 🙌🏻 The way your body changes after you have your baby is much like parenting itself... bizarre, awesome, frustrating, cool and inspiring-and it can help to remember that almost everything does get better with time. My wonderful experience at thirdspacelondon city club! Facilities are very clean, many great extras in changing rooms (mirrors are so clean that I got lost at first sec😍), some equipment that I never seen before, functional area is great as much as combat zone, free weights (dumbbells are polished🤩) and lifting platforms is everything you can wish for, and main thing- staff is on point. #stretching is the deliberate lengthening of muscles in order to increase muscle flexibility and joint range of motion. Stretching activities are an important part of any exercise or rehabilitation program. They help warm the body up prior to activity thus decreasing the risk of injury as well as muscle soreness. 🙌🏻 Yesterday was one of those days when I felt that my body needs a proper stretch. So I dedicated all my 2 hours to it. As I’m an ex dancer I used to stretch 2 hours a day every day, and all I can say that I extremely missing it out. Reason I stopped it was my sciatica, luckily it’s gone by doing specific exercises daily.
