Glutes and Ham! Couple exercises from today that target your glutes and hamstrings. Had a badass workout today guys but I gotta be honest with you, I stepped on the scale today and didn’t like to see that that needle went up. And even though I preach about not caring about the superficial things it’s hard not to let yourself get caught up in it. So this is one of those days that I need to remind myself to love myself regardless of that number and know that it does not define how I feel physically and emotionally. Because regardless of what it says I feel stronger than ever!! And I put in the work. So while I will reevaluate and see if there are areas (such as nutrition) that I need to improve, I will not beat myself up. As long as you put in the work you don’t need to apologize to anyone for anything. 💁🏻‍♀️ . . PS. I may also be suffering from post Valentine’s Day weekend cheat meal extravaganza! Haha . . Como esta o projeto fitness de voces!?!? O meu vai bem. Obrigada 🤷‍♀️😂 Já reduzi 4kg esse ano. Faltam só dois. 💃🤷‍♀️😊 Quero ficar mais sequinha esse ano. Entrar e passar o inverno mais enxuta. Porém não quero perder massa magra. Nem ganhar. Apenas tonificar a musculatura. Ficar mais firme. Musculatura mais densa. Tenho muita dificuldade. Meu trabalho comigo é lento. Estou a 4 anos lutando contra minha genética, metabolismo, biótipo e todos os contratempos e obstáculos diarios. . Eu poderia reduzir 6kg em 30 dias ou menos tempo com dietas loucas ou retirando carboidratos. Mas isso detonaria minha massa magra. Na visão de algumas pessoas pode achar devagar o resultado, mas estou no tempo certo. No controle do percentual de gordura. . Foco e constancia. Como eu faço? Faço dieta e meu personal desenvolve um treino específicos pra mim. HAPPY MONDAY! Nothing much to say today other then never quit on your dreams! Most of the time when you are working really hard on getting to a better place, you will find yourself in a really low spot, the lowest, before you begin to become better. I guarantee you that keeping to yourself and not seeking help will make things worse. You need to fight through and push through the low points and just get/be better. Right now I’m pushing through things knowing that right now it’s hard as HELL. I fight everyday to be positive and happy and to not think everything’s going to fall apart and actually not work out. Trust in good faith, the power to change, and the want to become better to carry you through those low points! There is so much that I want to open up to you guys about... journey wise, mental state wise, and relationship wise... but right now, I’m in my low. Not the lowest of lows and I HAVE come out a good amount from the darker spots, but I want you to know whatever it is that you are going through you are not alone! The light will come through and things will get better. No matter what, they may seem impossible and like bad consumes your life, but you can and you will get through it! You got this. LETS CRUSH THIS WEEK!

Давайте поговорим о мифах. Любые углеводы - это зло? Определенно нет! Полностью исключить какую-либо группу питательных элементов – верный путь к провалу. Конечно, хлебную корзину (выпечку, белый рис, макароны и полуфабрикаты) действительно придется передвинуть на противоположный край стола, но объявлять бобовые, фрукты, орехи или цельнозерновую овсянку врагом – это уже лишнее. Не убирайте углеводы на совсем, так, вы можете сорваться и побежать сломя голову к ближайшему фаст-фуду. Употребляйте углеводы, но умеренно. А если у вас есть вопросы по питанию - не забывайте писать вашему тренеру по питанию! ⠀

DEADLIFTS😵 . Deadlifts o peso muerto, me gustan mucho por que son unos de los ejercicios básicos de musculación ya que involucra diferentes músculos a la vez, principalmente: •Femorales. •Gluteo. •Espalda. •Antebrazos. . Pero la realidad es que si no es bien ejecutado puede causar severas lesiones así que te doy unos tips para hacerlo bien y evitar alguna lesión: •Coloca tus pies al ancho de tus hombros. •Al comenzar flexiona ligeramente las rodillas. •Realiza la fuerza con tu cadera y tus piernas sin encorvar zona lumbar. •Activa hombro haciéndolo hacia abajo. •Realízalo lento. •Activa el abdomen. •Las manos deben tomar la barra a una distancia levemente mayor al ancho de tus hombros. ~Tip: también es bueno entrenar con calzado plano o sin tenis para mejor ejecución. . Y no podemos dejar de lado los tipos de deadlifts: •Peso muerto Rumano. •Peso muerto a una pierna. •Peso muerto tipo sumo. .
