Woke up this morning looking pretty lean!👀 Now if I can just develop these ab muscles, get them to show nicely I’ll be happy. -
I may sound like I criticize or critique myself a lot on here, but that’s just because I know I can do better. That’s what I’m always going to focus on.
Had a talk with a friend last night about her goals. She told me she doesn’t focus on the scale, just goes based on how she feels and looks. I thought that was great because that’s exactly what you should be doing. When I talk to people who don’t go to the gym, I get
“how much do you weigh?” “how much did you weigh?” “what weight are you trying to get down to?”
And I’m not going to lie, I’ve asked that question to someone else too.🤷🏻♂️ body weight is so engrained in our minds that a lot of people seem to only care about that. And that’s wrong. You shouldn’t only care about the number on the scale. That number is evil. Some days you’ll be at a certain weight, you’ll do everything right, check the next day, and you’re a pound more than yesterday. Weight fluctuates.
Go off how you feel, how you look in the mirror, and how you feel about what you see in the mirror. If you do that, you’ll be great!💪🏻🔥
