So I realized I should’ve probably started off with a little background of my life and fitness before diving into all the fun stuff.. so hey! here’s a timeline of my life! lol ~story time~ So the top row shows my OG fitness transformation/journey. Junior year of high school I decided to buy myself some Nike’s, stop putting garbage food into my body, and start to adapt to a healthy lifestyle. 40 lbs later I was skinny, pretty hungry, and unfortunately not very strong. Fast forward to college: freshman 15 is REAL my friends!! drinking, late night pizza and fries, and lack of sleep/motivation hits you hard. Let’s just say my body was not ready for that. Sophomore year: I grabbed hold of the wheel and brought myself back strong! I found balance and was able to maintain a healthy lifestyle WITH a social life and I decided I wanted to help others in similar situations. I got my ACE certification, along with Cycling and @bodypumpofficial , and began my journey as a fitness professional😎 Now here I am (bottom row) SUNY Binghamton graduate, CPT full of knowledge and room for growth of course, and a happy, healthy, and strong ass woman! 🔥 𝟯𝟭𝟱 𝘅 𝟯 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 🔥 so last week was a pretty crazy week which led to me being out of the gym due to injuries and some other personal things for five days however when I came back on Saturday I decided to try 315 on the bench and I didn't lose any strength so felt like sharing it with you all that sometimes even if you need to take a break you don't need to worry about losing gains or strength because you keep it but I wouldn't advise taking more than two weeks off. and to be honest I felt stronger than ever after a 5-day break I think it definitely reset my central nervous system which is very important. Odchudzanie jest procesem, w którym organizm zostaje zmuszony do czerpania energii z zapasów zgromadzonych w tkance tłuszczowej. Aby do tego mogło dojść, należy wytworzyć tzw. deficyt energetyczny. Chodzi o to, by zużywać więcej energii niż się jej zjada. 4️⃣ powody dl których waga nie spada . . . . 🔛Często się zdarza, że ludzie nieprawidłowo obliczają liczbę zjadanych kalorii i zwykle mylą się, zaniżając ją. . . . 🔛Przeszacowanie wydatku energetycznego - modyfikacja diety i/lub zwiększanie intensywności wysiłku albo czasu jego trwania. W przypadku ćwiczeń fizycznych, zaleca się regularne, nie rzadziej niż co 4 tygodnie, urozmaicanie treningu.
