𝒟𝑜𝑜𝓇𝓈 • I’ve been doing a lot of reflecting lately on doors that have closed & opened on me the past 6 months or so • Since June I’ve had: Relationships end Apartments that I’ve moved out of Stopped being so self conscious & I’ve stopped settling! • Doors that have opened as a result 🚪New relationships 🚪My tribe of supportive women 🚪Two new jobs 🚪Self love journey • Letting doors close, is just important as letting new ones open! • I let the door close on an old relationship... I learned to {love myself} & not settle- which led me to meeting the love of my life • My self development journey started because I started allowing myself “alone time” without feeling guilty for it • I allowed a door to open on 2 new jobs that led me to a group of amazing women & are allowing me to pay my loans off quicker • I found my tribe of women to support me. I stopped trying to be “strong” & finally allowed myself to be fully open, honest & vulnerable. • Allow doors to close once in a while • Because you never know what doors are waiting to open for you! • What doors are you hesitant to close?

Week 6, Day 2 complete! This workout was similar to one a few weeks ago, but the exercises and sequence were switched up a bit. ❤️❤️❤️d today’s workouts( even with the HIIT component). I increased my weights for Dumbell pullovers:17.5, and upright rows stayed at 17.5. Wide curls had to go down to 10s. My arms were fatigued by the third lifting set. Reverse flys, hammer curls and full curls got bumped from 10’a to 12.5s. I could see a little bicep bump making an appearance during full curls:) 💪🏻💪🏻. I’m feeling pretty punped( no pun intended), and proud for sticking with this program. I was not able to stick with 80dayovsession, and I think Joel’s quick 30 min workouts, in addition to proper amount of rest days, has really helped me stick with the program. HIIT session wasn’t a bust today. I was able to increase my speed with the catcher Juno’s, and squeeze more in within the 60 seconds. Hooray for short but intense workouts. I showed up, and got it done. You won’t see results or achieve your goals, if you don’t show up and give 💯! A little #streetparking workout before I grocery shop - sorry! I ain’t showering until after. It’s strange having Monday’s and Tuesday’s off, but I do have to say I enjoy it! Banks are open, hardly anyone at the gym in the afternoon, and fingers crossed @traderjoes parking lot is not chaotic! 🤞 After taking some sick time off from my workouts, I’m ready to crush them again! For all of you out there that think “CORE” is all about crunching and sit ups. Give the rotational movements a try and see how well you can cough or laugh the next day! Core is ultimately about stabilizing the body. If your core isn’t strong then your lifts will suffer. Do it right and concentrate more on the movement rather than the weight. #lincolnstrongpt
