Il Judo per me è stato più di un semplice sport. E' stato una via che mi ha portato dritto dentro il mondo delle competizioni, ma anche un percorso educativo che mi ha permesso di diventare la persona che sono oggi. 🇯🇵 Ho iniziato a praticare il Judo a soli 4 anni e continuo ancora oggi, ogni volta che entro in palestra mi sento rinascere, l'attenzione va solo a quello che accade sul tatami e tutte le preoccupazioni o i problemi della giornata spariscono come per magia! Ecco la vera essenza del judo! Per via dei quotidiani allenamenti mi sono inevitabilmente appassionato al mondo del fitness, migliorare il mio corpo ed il mio rendimento era la cosa che più mi interessava. На выдох поднимаем слегка согнутые в локте руки до уровня груди , на вдох плавно опускаем вниз. Обратите внимание на дыхание и все время держите плечи опущенными, а спиной прижатой к стене! Monday is LEG DAY in the itrainwithclaire playground. . With the extra glycogen that's been stored up in the muscles over the weekend, what better way to bumpstart the week than challenging half the body to a mini annihilation? 💪 I'm not called "Little Hitler" for nothin' 😜 . This is the leg extension machine. I use it for normal leg extensions (seated with the back resting against the backrest). In fact, I did 20 reps on 22.5kg and then crancked it up a notch by lifting the glutes, squeeeeeeezing, into a plank position, resting the upper lats (angel wings as I like to call them), into the seat backrest. Hold onto the seat backrest and lift the legs, breathing out, and breathing in as you release slowly. . It's a great way to isolate the quadriceps, inducing a post train fat burn, provided you keep aiming for muscle fatigue by progressively overloading the muscle. The last 2 reps should feel nearly impossible to execute. If it's easy peasy, either add weight or increase your number of reps. . Everyone must have a code they follow! With All Direction Health relocating down to Melbourne I thought this would be a good time to re-build it's image, so today I thought it would be appropriate to start things off with a post listing the formulas that I have discovered over the last 12 - 18 months and now apply myself to achieve a particular goal or success in an area. Don't get me wrong I am still practicing these formulas myself as well as learning to commit to them over the long run but each of these points have helped me in some way or another since becoming a trainer with my work and just with life in general so I hope you will take them and implement them into your own life or whatever it is you want to achieve amazing results in. 🥇🔝 1. Never miss a Monday 2. Keep yourself accountable 3. Surround yourself with people on a similar path 4. Prepare and re-asses your goals regularly 5. Be open to learning 6. Learn to meditate in some way 7. Expand your self image 8. Live and operate with purpose 9. Specificity will get you there Each of these formulas has their own job but when used together you have a formula that will get you to any destination and over the next 9 weeks I will be uploading a video on each of the points explaining why I have adopted each and why I have found each point necessary to keep in the running of my day to day. So keep an eye out for the videos to come and I hope you find them as useful as I have. As you can see I didn’t miss my Monday 💪🏾

⚡️TAKE CONROL ⚡️ This couldn’t be truer, for many of us whether we want to admit it or not. • I, for example, used to binge eat. And now that I think about it with a clear&open mind, I know that my eating pattern was guided by my emotions: stress, anxiety, sadness and so on. It wasn’t necessarily because I was hungry but because I wanted to feel a void I was feeling inside. • But then I accepted the fact that doing this way was only making things worse. I had to take care of my mental health and I had to take control of my life, eating lifestyle by deciding to eat to fuel my body instead of feeding my emotions. • I know It is a difficult shift to do for some people, but just know that you have the necessary strength and determination in you to take that leap for the better • #mondaymotivation #takecontrolofyourhealth
