So you want to grow your booty? Then you need to prepare yourself for the time and patience it takes to build it. 2018>2014 My top tips for growing a booty: 1. Fuel ⛽️ your body with enough of the right nutrients it needs. I suggest downloading the app MyFitnessPal to calculate what you’re eating. Often, you aren’t eating enough. By tracking what you eat, you or a coach can help get you on the right path of what to eat to grow the 🍑! 2. Work your lower half 3 times a week. This is what worked and is working for me currently. I split my workouts into quad focused and hamstring focused workouts and on the third day I do a mixture. I do heavy sets of 5x5, moderate weight 4x8, heavy 5x5-1/4 reps, 1-1/2 repsX8, 4x16; Just to name a few example sets and reps. My main workouts are squats, hip thrusts and cable donkey kickbacks. 3. Get rest. Sleep 💤. Recover. Drink water 💦. Lots of water 💧. Stretch 🧘🏼‍♀️. Foam roll. 4. Don’t get discouraged when you don’t see results yourself. Stay consistent. You’ll see the results.
