Competition prep is hard, it’s really hard. For me food prep is key! * I prep 4 days in advance and it’s the only thing that stops me falling off the wagon. I only tend to get hungry around the time my meals are due and boy do I get hungry! * If I didn’t have any food ready I’d definitely end up eating something I shouldn’t and I’m not the type of person who can just take one bite of the cake and be done.. Cooked them longer than usual so the zucchini would be nice and creamy, maybe 10min. Then I topped it with a nice sweet and tart kiwi, amaranth pops, chia seeds and coconut flakes! Flawless 😍 . This bowl was extra nutritious: 53% of my daily iron intake (mostly from @biosamaraiberia spirulina), more than 100% of vitamin C (kiwi), 27% of protein (oats), 42% of calcium (mainly from @adez_switzerland almond milk) and 100% of omega 3 (chia). . " Your Body will be along a lot longer than any expensive handbag, Invest in yourself " For me and my Team Fitness is when you know that your mental health and physical health both go hand in hand. When we heard about the # *SETA EVENT* organised by #talebaatbangalore , each of us started to think , should we do it? Weight issues, time issues , will we be able to do all those exercises and get back from fat to fit again? That's when a team member Alafiya convinced us to participate. The end of Shehrulla came with the Seta announcements and our minds started functioning. We got hold of *Nutritionist* Zainab Bn Siamwala who agreed to help us with our diet plans and to whome we will be eternally grateful as we know what's healthy and what's not, but we end up making unnessasary mistakes and #Seta gave us the opportunity to rectify them. Then came the question Of exercising, walking, jogging at home, in yoga class, in the gym were different methods used by the team members and we tried to test our limits all over again. The body is still paining , but them, _No pain, No gain_ . We came together, 4 different people with different bodies and ways of life to explore each others weakness and strengths , however again our nutrientionst madam gave clear instructions that you work as a team and hence all do all the exercises diligently . Frankly some of the exercises like skipping , jogging , I would avoid , after all bechari knee mein darad hai, but then " Discipline is what needs to be done, even if you don't want to do it " and we kept trying . We are housewives , who aim to be a better version of themselves . I understood that fitness can be achieved, with proper diet and exercise, we all know that, but then you also need a Purpose and thankfully we decided to make ourselves uncomfortable for this event. We haven't achieved any great levels , but we started, we know we still need to do more, but as *Bravehearts* , all I can say is that we will give whatever we got , and more than that because to us , Giving up is just not an option. #SETA #fitnessmotivation #meerakisoultalk #games #mindgames #sports #braveheartsbengaluru @talebaatbangalore #fitness
