Great full body session this morning. Squats are improving, focused on slowing down the movement and they felt good today. Shown is second set. Squats today went like this- 155x6,5,5,6,5 which is increase in total reps and better movement pattern. Nordics improving too! Video is: top-first session (March)doing them and bottom-today (June).
