Már megint (vagy még mindig🤔🤭) tanulok 🤓🧐 gőzerővel a novemberi testépítő- fitness vizsgára 🎓! Nagyon sok az anyag📚, rövid az idő⏰, főleg gyerek mellett👧.... gyakorlatilag csak akkor tudok tanulni, amikor ő alszik, vagy ha korán felkelek, vagy ha későn fekszem le. Emellett ugye foglalkozni kell Manóval👧, edzek💪, ott a háztartás is🏠, és még hordozós klubot is vezetek👥. Többen kérdeztétek már, hogy hogy van mindenre energiám🔋? Nos, a céljainkért bizony tenni kell, sokszor áldozatok árán is! Én beáldozom az alvást😴! Emellett muszáj odafigyelnem a hatékony időbeosztára📊: délelőtt közös séta, házimunka fele, ügyintézés, alvásidőben tanulás, amikor felkelt házimunka majd edzés, közös játék, végül az esti rutin. Tanuláskor az edzés ébredés utánra marad, amikor nem tanulok, keményebben nyomom az alvásidőben 💪! Általában. Aztán néha megcsúszok🤷‍♀️, na olyankor nagyon nehéz utolérni magam, a feje tetején áll minden, elég kemény meló megint ráncba szedni mindent🤪. De muszáj. Mert rend a lelke mindennek és mert én magam is akarom, szeretem a rendszert🗂! Emellett engem tölt a sport🏋️‍♀️, kell mindig, hogy bírjam a menetet, ez tölt fel energiával. Jól tudjuk, csomó pozitív élettani hatása van... és tényleg! Sportolni kell, saját magunk és a gyermekünk miatt is! Másik fontos kulcs az egészséges táplálkozás! 🥗! De tényleg! Ha megfelelő mennyiségű rost, vitamin, fehérje, szénhidrát, zsír, nyomelem, víz van a szervezetben, megfelelően működik és energiával teli, egészséges ✅! Ha nem, akkor folyton fáradt, beteg a szervezet, hiszen nincs rendes üzemanyag/táptalaj, amiből építkezhetne, sőt elhízott lesz, ami megint csak szó szerint nehezít a helyzeten❌. Amikor pedig nasizhatnék😋 vagyok, magvakat, aszalt gyümölcsöket, friss gyümölcsöket eszek, vagy a kezemben is látható smoothikat iszom (vagy magam csinálok, de ha épp nincs időm, csak kikapok egyet a hűtőből)🍇🍶! Sometimes, you just have to put on your best Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles hat and get it done. **Perks of being a mother** When you get to a trail head for a sunrise run and realize it’s only 32° F but you didn’t bring a hat, sometimes all it takes is looking under all the seats of your minivan to find something your kids left behind. In this case, I found a super sweet ninja turtles beanie that doubled as a face warmer. Score!😂😂 Obviously I go for fashion points when I run.😆 - My body didn’t want to run today. And my brain really wanted to listen to my body. But my heart refused to give in. So I made it happen. - if anyone out there thinks driven people are always motivated people, you are sorely mistaken. Drive and determination must come before motivation sometimes. Sometimes, you just have to fake it til you make it. I got it done. And I’m glad I did. Listen to the things you tell yourself you “should” do. And then just do them. I know that sounds easier said than done, but it’s just the way it is. You can say you SHOULD do things all day long but until you take a step and actually try to make it happen, nothing will change. The necessity to get outside has been real lately. He enjoys running and playing in the yard and makes sure you don’t leave him. Inquisitive and fun loving!  Great with other small dogs...large dogs worry him at first but once he knows them he wants to play. He is in foster with 2 older dog -savvy children.
