What fears you have is only your mindset and not a physicality impairment. . Change your mindset that some thing is too difficult to do or that it will take far too much work to get it done. . Your mindset is more powerful than you know! . When I woke up one morning and decided to rollerblade 32 miles later that day, I had no real training other than taking my dogs out and them pulling me the entire time. I am not a long distance runner other than maybe 3-5 miles on a treadmill. I woke up that morning and had the clear vision that; . A) It sounded like a fun way to spend the day out on one of the last few nice days of the year. . B) I envisioned not only finishing all 32 miles but also without fatigue . C) There was nothing else I wanted to do that day . I went out and finished those every single one of those miles. Was I cold? Yes. Was I exhausted? Without a doubt. Did I get funny looks, snarls and doubt from those that knew what I was attempting to do? Absolutely! But none of that bothered me, I was in a zone that I cannot explain how amazing it felt. I let go fear and I was in a very good position. . Instead of over analyzing, over planning or thinking of all the negative things that can come from a situation here are a couple of ways I have proven to change your hesitation from those things that bring you fear: - write down what you want to achieve. - think of how you feel when your going through the motions with no restraints. - Envisioning yourself being successful (this should really be first). - Believe in yourself 110% - Let it go and just do it! . This mindset pertains to every aspect of any one person's life that holds panic. Weather you want to run a marathon, eat a better diet, earn more money, improve your relationships with others or anything that beings you fear. . If you want it bad enough, drop your fears, flip the script and just go with the flow! . #letitgo #fbf #livingmybestlife

One more post before I log off here for a while... I say maybe around 10 weeks maybe more, maybe less. Who knows, but just one thing to keep in mind is that you should always look for growth whether its mentally or physically. Always strive to be the best version of yourself that you can be, people are always going to judge you for the things that you do, but dont let it get to you. This isn't their life it is yours. Don't be afraid to take risk or do things that challenge you, or follow your dream that only you might be able to see. Don't be afraid to cut any negative people or energy off, they are only holding you back. Thank you to everyone who's supported me along this crazy fitness journey, and to those who have push me to become better, you are the reason why I keep going. The next time I am back on here it's going to be different, a different mindset, different drive, a different person overall. Always remember to Keep grinding. You never know how close you are to your goals, how far you might get, you might even surpass your own expectations. Start if you haven't yet. SECRET INGREDIENT SMOOTHIE.. 👀 // I’ve seen people adding this to their smoothies for a while now, so I thought I’d better check out what all the fuss is about 😋 . . The other day I added half a sliced & frozen zucchini to my Choc Berry smoothie 🍆 and I actually didn’t notice a difference in the taste ✨ . . This is such a great way to ‘bulk’ up your smoothies instead of added more fruit - so will help to not spike your blood sugar as some smoothie bowls can when a little too much fruit for one serving is added. Plus, the zucchini makes it extra creamy - and I’m all about that creamy, ice cream like smoothie lyf ✌🏼 cos srsly, who wants a smoothie soup? Naht me 🙅🏼‍♀️ . . It feels surreal, like it’s been years since the picture on the left. I’m proud of my physical transformation but I’m BEYOND PROUD of my inner transformation. To be able look at the world from a different perspective makes me feel truly blessed. The weather used to piss me off. My bosses used to piss me off. It was as if the world was out to get me! You guys ever feel like that?! Now I understand the underlying concept of taking accountability for your actions. Not letting external factors dictate how I feel anymore. It’s truly a remarkable feeling. Rather then focusing on the destination we can switch our perception to only focus on the here and live in the present and just enjoy the journey. 10 months ago I felt like I was a nobody offering nothing to the world. Now I feel like god put me on this planet to give my heart and soul and everything I have to every single person that will listen. The motivation used to be I want to give as much as I can in the hopes I can make any sort of difference in bettering the world. Stay humble my friends #changinglives

Nessa fase temos que tomar muito cuidado em querer resultados rápidos, nem sempre quilos a mais na balança é bom, pois subir o peso rápido demais, normalmente é gordura e retenção, e o objetivo do bulking é aumentar a massa magra, não virar uma bola. 😂😂 Então seja paciente, as vezes é importante voltar um passo atrás para avançarmos dois ou mais a frente. . . Day 40 Update: Happy Flex Friday!! 😤💪🏼 A lot can change in 40 days and it’s wild to watch the change that’s been happening in my life. My goal was to be stronger and more disciplined in multiple aspects of my life and I’ve accomplished just that so far. I’ve had off days and my share of cheat days because I’m human lol and sometimes you need 1-4 pizzas to get you through life.🤷🏽‍♀️ Whatever. On the other hand, majority of these 40 days has been spent STRAIGHT GRINDINGGG and I can proudly say that! I have another 3 weeks left in the #gymshark66 challenge and I’m working my a$$ off to get the absolute most out of it! Yoga has been incorporated into this whole growth process and I’m dying because I’m sooooooo not flexible anymore so we’ll see where that goes! Also, this was one of my favorite workouts @_khoi_nguyen and I did! (Peep how it made Khoi feel 😂) I will post the full workout on my story if anyone feels up to the challenge. #FaceToFaceFriday As I dropped the weight my face naturally contoured🙌🏽 . There is no need to do a whole body comparison!. Just look at my face; Age 33 vs Age 41. Its never to late to take back your health! . I hated taken pictures then, the kids were small and I made sure they were positioned in front of me, between the three of them my body was covered. . . Now I am more confident, more comfortable in my body. Now I am like get to the side, your blocking me😊 . . Yes I totally drop from a size 20 to size 8. — EXERCISE TIP 🏋️‍♂️ — The goblet front squat is a great exercise to incorporate into your routine to train your core while getting additional volume in on your legs. Holding the dumbbell out in front of you puts an enormous amount of stress on your core. — Another way I like to use this exercise is when an individual doesn’t quite have the core strength to do a back squat, but they still need to squat, I’ll use this variation to build the core strength. — You can chose to use a dumbbell or if your gym has heavy enough kettlebells they are great as well. — Add this exercise into your leg day for a little extra core and leg activation. —

‼️November 2017 — February 2019‼️ **Friendly reminder** this isn’t going to happen overnight. It takes time. First picture, I thought I was “working out” in reality I had no idea what I was doing. I knew I wanted “my ass to get bigger”, without realizing, fitness, is much more than that. It is a continuous lifestyle. I had a mentality, that if I didn’t see immediate results, I would quit. And that was my journey, start, give up,over and over. Until I realized, I wasn’t happy with my body, and I wanted to change that. SIX TIPS FOR FLAT ABS 1️⃣Improve Your Posture Poor posture is a huge issue for many people. If you slouch your stomach will pooch out. For better posture while standing, align your ears over your shoulders, shoulders over hips, hips over knees, and knees over ankles. Draw your navel to your spine and keep your weight even on the balls and heels. 2️⃣Think Whole-Body Exercise When it comes to abdominal strength, you shouldn't train the body in isolation. It's a misconception that doing a thousand crunches will get you a flat stomach. You have to see the abs as 360-degree core and by working the entire body. 3️⃣Examine Your Diet If you have abdominal fat you can have great ab strength and great posture, but you won't have a flat abdominal or a six-pack. You have to change your diet and increase your energy output. You need to burn off more calories than you take in to reduce body fat. 4️⃣Props Are Optional Stability balls and Bosu balls, straps etc. are not necessary to achieve flat abs. Props are wonderful, and they may help you work your core more readily, elevate you to a different level or simply mix it up, but you don't need them to meet your fitness goals. 5️⃣Take Things Slow There are no fast fixes, even the promised quick fixes end up being temporary. It's a goal and you have to plan on a slow and steady progression. 6️⃣Set Realistic Goals Though it's not an excuse to explain away a soft midsection, nor is the excuse of poor genes. Bicep Curl Circles Works: Biceps 1️⃣Start with arms to the sides and elbows pressed into body. 2️⃣Keeping elbows tight against body bring dumbbells together in front curling upwards making a circle and extending arms fully to sides. 3️⃣Reverse the circle making sure to keep elbows against body bringing weights back to the sides of body. Repeat going back and forth for 10-12 reps. Perform 3 sets. TIP: MAKE SURE TO KEEP ELBOWS PINNED TO SIDES AND PERFORM FULL RANGE OF MOTION WITH CURLS.
