ONE YEAR TRANSFORMATION ✨ In my head, I am the same person as I was in the left photo, but when I see pictures to compare I realise just how far I have come! One year of consistency, dedication, hard work and perseverance and I have completely transformed my body! 💛 The gym has given me confidence I never knew I could have, given me the body I always wished for, and helped me become so much happier 🥰 Results like this don’t happen overnight, they also don’t come from doing a few Instagram booty band workouts, it takes a lot of effort, lifting HEAVY, often and maintaining a recent diet (although arguably my diet has never been my strong point 😂)! Dicas da nutri  @maisamagalhaesnutri   NÃO é com abdominais, nem cintas nem se matando em aeróbicos!  É com DIETA adequada em calorias e no controle de alimentos que estimulam insulina, hormônio que em excesso favorece barriga e pneuzinhos .  Infelizmente não tem como perder gordura apenas numa região do corpo e em algumas pessoas essa é a última região à perder, por isso tem que ter paciência e persistência na dieta . 😉 DICAS : 👉 Controle Calórico : Não adianta ingerir tudo saudável e não controlar as quantidades e calorias diárias . Vejo o povo colocando óleo de Coco em tudo, leites e farinhas lowcarb, comendo pacote inteiro de castanha, enchendo a salada de molhos e inventando mil receitinhas, que se for contar calorias, ultrapassa o que precisa ! Assim você não perde barriga ! 👉 Esqueça doce ou chocolate no dia a dia.Troque por frutas na sobremesa e deixe seu doce preferido pra 1x na semana. Mesmo os diets e fits podem sim atrapalhar e estimular insulina . 👉 Pare de tomar "pózinhos" durante o treino ou logo após: me refiro aos que levam maltodextrina, whey, bcaa pra academia e ficam dando golinhos no treino ou assim que terminam já correm pra beber 🙄. SE QUER PERDER GORDURINHAS espere pelo menos uns 20 minutos (até 2 horas!) pra tomar seu whey ou se alimentar! O treino adequado estimula sua oxidação de gordura e otimiza GH, mas se você toma isso durante ou logo após, atrapalha esse processo (e não se preocupe que não vai catabolizar !) .Tome água!!! All the way up, all the way down. All the way up, all the way down...straight legs..try and stop jerking. Something so satisfying about being able to pull your own body weight up! I only did my first pull up in July so I’m stoked. Paused my goal of 10 reps to work on form and slowing down. Still 8, but damn they look better 🙌🏼💪🏼😎
