ROUTINE. You need one. It doesn’t have to be someone else’s that you adopt, there is no wrong way! But forming habits is what will give you long term success. Motivation fades quickly and you need your trusty routine to fall back on so that you don’t lose steam. Here’s a rough idea of what my weeks look like:
•Every Thursday night I submit my Clicklist order to pick up my groceries on Friday morning.
•I make it to the gym before work 2-3 days a week, and if I miss a day I don’t stress about it because I work out on the weekends.
•I prep proteins every Sunday/Monday and use them all week for salads, crunchwraps, different dinner recipes.
•I drink at LEAST 100oz of water a day, if not a gallon. (My @hydrojug has come in clutch since I got it)
Absolutely none of these are the perfect way and you don’t need to copy what I do, I just wanted to share what it means to have a routine. Ultimately you need to find what works for you and what you’ll stick with. Remember, the littles are watching! Swipe to see the cutest side kick who sees everything.
