Pre calienta el horno a 180C. Mezcla la bebida de soya con el vinagre de manzana, déjalo reposar 5 min. Luego mezcla los ingredientes secos y mezcla ambos. Нам всем необходимы вода и пища для поддержания жизни, а мне - еще и еженедельные тренировки. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Одни обижаются, когда я отказываюсь от маленького кусочка бабушкиного пирога. Другие злятся, на то, что перед тем, чтобы купить или скушать что-то, я обязательно читаю состав и, если с ним что-то не так, также отказываюсь. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Я поняла, что говорить "нет" вполне допустимо. Мне не нужно чувствовать себя виноватой за то, что я отказываюсь что-то съесть. Нет ничего ненормального в том, что я выбираю топливо премиум класса для своего организма. Я ведь хочу, чтобы он работал как часы. Имею полное право переодически побаловать себя кусочком тёмного шоколада. Idea per un pasto fuori casa: eccola pronta! La ricetta è quella del famoso frankerotto! Per l'impasto basta mischiare: ➡️30g di farina di semola di grano duro ➡️30g di farina di lupino ➡️20g di farina di farro ➡️20g di farina integrale di segale nota: si possono usare 100g di farina a scelta ➡️70g di albume ➡️mezza zucchina lessata e schiacciata ➡️bicarbonato+limone (o idrolitina+acqua) ➡️sale q.b. ➡️acqua q.b. (deve venire abbastanza liquido, ma non troppo altrimenti non cuoce) Per il ripieno (sceglilo come ti piace di più): ➡️melanzane grigliate ➡️fesa di tacchino ➡️passata di pomodoro mischiata al philadelphia active Cuocere 1/3 dell'impasto in un padellino antiaderente da 16 cm, poi mettere il ripieno al centro e versare gli altri 2/3 dell'impasto sopra al ripieno scelto, dopo aver riempito il panzerotto. Willkommen zurück aus dem Wochenende. Ich war heute morgen von mir selber überrascht, ich war das erste Mal noch vor der Arbeit im Fitnessstudio.🏋 Dass ich überhaupt aus dem Bett gekommen bin wundert mich sehr 😅 aber auch wieviele Leute schon um 6Uhr trainieren gehen. . . Am Wochenende gab es diese Zucchinibratlinge mit Kartoffeln. 📝📝 Für die Bratlinge eine halbe Zuchhini grob rasbeln und mit ein bisschen Salz bestreuen, anschließend gut ausdrück und mit einem Ei, 25g geriebenen Parmesan sowie etwa 2EL Haferflocken vermengen. It is a great addition to most meals and snacks. ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖🔴 Repost @mirsini FAT SOURCES: WHY DON'T I EAT OIL? 🤔🥄👇🏼 What is the difference between consuming fat in the form of oil OR whole plant based foods. I consume carbs, protein and fats in almost every meal, but I try to get these from whole foods. For example my favourite fat sources are things like: avocados, tahini, nuts, chia seeds, and flaxmeal. What are your views on this?🙇🏼‍♀️ ⠀ You can see that half a small avocado has the same amount of calories as only 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil. You can also see that their fat content is pretty similar, however their fibre content and size/weight varies greatly. ⠀ THIS is why I choose "whole" fats over consuming oils in my foods. The fibre, water and nutrient content of fats such as avocados keeps me fuller for longer, and helps to satiate me more. When cooking with oil or even drizzling it over salads, it is very easy for the fat & calories to add up very fast due to its concentration. ⠀ Yes oil can come from whole healthy fats "olive" oil, "peanut" oil, "coconut" oil but the process of turning those once healthy whole foods into oils means stripping them of nutrients and vitamins leaving you pretty much JUST the fat. Avocado on the other hand contains countless nutrients and vitamins such as Vitamin A, Vitamin C, calcium, and iron in addition to small amounts of healthy carbs & protein too. ⠀ Not to say I never consume oils 😋 of course I do when I eat out or I have a meal someone else has made me, but I don't consume it daily. Buongiorno e buona domenica! In ritardo posto la colazione..stamattina cicciotortino yogurt, crema di pera e cioccolato fondente😍abbinamento da paura! Ricetta: Farina di cocco 35g Farina di castagne 30g Albume d'uovo 100g Latte di mandorle 50g Cioccolato fondente 10g Yogurt Fage 0% 100g Crema di pera 100g Maltitolo 5g Fecola di patate 10g Creare l'impasto con farina di cocco e castagne, albume, latte di mandorle, maltitolo e fecola di patate, aggiungere anche 50g di yogurt; mettere a cuocere in padellino di pietra con sopra il coperchio a fiamma molto bassa per circa 15 min, girare per altri 5 min. Una volta cotto, trasferire in un piatto, creare il foro centrale con una formina, riempire con yogurt e ultimo strato crema di pera. Infine adagiare il cioccolato a bagno..un po' come quando vi mettete in piscina appoggiati al bordo, a prendere il sole😂in relax! Buonasera👋 Il sabato è PIZZA🍕 home made! Ancor più se, come oggi, è giornata di relax e scarico dall'allenamento. Pizza al farro e tofu con cipolla. Ricetta: Farina di farro 150g Tofu 160g Passata di pomodoro 150g Olio 5ml Yogurt Fage 0% 50g Maltitolo 5g Lievito di birra 3g Per l'impasto mescolare farina, yogurt, lievito, maltitolo e acqua qb, ho preferito creare un impasto non troppo denso in quanto, una volta versato nello stampo, si stende da solo per tutta la forma del recipiente in modo omogeneo e senza fatica. Nel frattempo cuocere in padella il tofu con passata di pomodoro e cipolla, creando una sorta di soffritto. Forno preriscaldato a 220 gradi, infornare la base della pizza per circa 20 minuti, io ho utilizzato la carta forno; bucherellare onde evitare fastidiose bolle e rigonfiamenti. Pronta la base, trasferirla sul piatto, e versarci direttamente sopra il sugo di pomodoro e tofu senza lasciarla ulteriormente in forno (troppo secca, la pizza non mi è mai piaciuta!) Goccio d'olio, spolverata di origano e si mangia! Trovo che lo yogurt nell'impasto renda il tutto decisamente più soffice. Buongiorno e buon sabato! Devo ammetterlo, ieri sera nel preparare questa colazione, ho davvero faticato a non divorarmela tutta e subito😜 Yogurt cake banana vaniglia e cioccolato! Fresca e adatta ai 30 gradi e passa che ci aspettano😎 Ricetta: Albume d'uovo 30g Fecola di patate 10g Banana 100g Crema alla nocciola Novi 20g Farina di Farro 35g Yogurt Fage 0% 150g Latte di mandorla 50ml Dolcificante vaniglia Cacao amaro Base: amalgamare farina di farro, albume, latte di mandorla, crema alla nocciola, fecola di patate. Mescolare e versare in padellino antiaderente a fiamma bassa con sopra il coperchio fino a creare una sorta di pancake. Nel frattempo pesare lo yogurt e aggiungere il dolcificante. Una volta pronta la base, trasferirla su un piatto, tagliarla utilizzando un coppapasta, versare yogurt e banane alternate all'interno dello stampo, coprire con pellicola e lasciare un frigo tutta notte. Il mattino, spolverata di cacao, e via!
