Today’s run was about pushing myself and building endurance! There are certain parts of the weekly route that I walk out of habit, even if I don’t need a break. I also tend to walk the hills to “save energy” 👀. My original goal was to run 2 miles, walk for 1-2 mins, then walk the last 2. I still felt pretty good after 2, so I pushed through the next 2 (even though mile 3 went straight up hill 😩) When I go back to the start I was at 4.4, and a couple ladies were still out...since I wasn’t gonna stretch anyway (don’t judge me 🤷🏾‍♀️), I just ran until I got to 5! Einen wunderschönen, heißen, guten Tag ihr Lieben! Naja ganz so schön finde ich das Wetter jetzt zwar nicht, 1. Hello, Good Morning! I was actually up at my regular AM CREW time this am but I started messing with my watch and got behind! My Walmart runs after the gym keep me posting late 😂😂 It’s Day 3 of the #W4MH CHALLENGE & it’s a 25 min walk today! My watch was still updating & I couldn’t wait so it only caught 17 mins of the walk but it was done & was great warm up to my run! I’m actually posting from my @polarglobal Polar Flow App so that you can see all of the info that it gives you from your training sessions. I don’t use it like I should but I shall do better! 😉 Here is some of my leg work from this am & while on the hamstring curl & leg ext machines I used dumbbells to work my shoulders. Watch my feet while on those machines, I’m doing 5 toes in the air, 5 toes touching & 5 heels touching w/o releasing the weight! Try it and you will feel a difference! AM CREWWWW 🗣🗣🗣

In this video we feature one of our clients who came to us to rehabilitate a back injury. A quick backstory for Mr Yi An ( @naiynat ): some time ago while deadlifting on his own, he felt a pop in his back which caused him severe pain. The doctor diagnosed him with a slipped disc (a very common injury that we see from clients who reach out to us) and he was subsequently instructed to stay away from lifting weights completely. When we started working together, the first step was to introduce Dr Stuart McGill’s ( @backfitpro ) Big 3 exercises into his weekly routine to improve his core stability. Next, we taught him proper deadlift form and hinging mechanics— starting with no weight at all. We believe that the right to add weight to the bar has to be earned. Over time, with improved technique and core strength, paired with a progressive approach to training, he has grown stronger and completely eliminated his back pain. Fast forward a couple of months and here we see him deadlifting an easy 120kg, enjoying training, and living pain-free! Deadlifts are a great exercise, but insisting to deadlift with poor form is just asking for trouble. Take the time to learn proper lifting technique—there is no rush. Stay safe, and train hard!
