[FAI PACE COL CERVELLO?! ] 14 Maggio 2019. Anche oggi ti alzi,ti dirigi verso la sala da bagno e dopo la skin care di routine ti fissi allo specchio.Quello intero, dove in intimo vedi tutto ciò che non ti piace.Ti guardi,fai delle mezze torsioni, toccandoti qua e là tirando su la ciccia per immaginare come saresti se sparisse. Oh no, sto rotolino sotto le scapole non lo avevi ancora visto 😨. E quella smagliatura, ormai è bianca, nulla da fare, non se ne andrà più...arrivi in cucina, apri il frigo,lo chiudi, lo apri, contempli, richiudi, e vai al tuo caffè, che tanto poi ci aggiungi la broche al bar. Prendi il tuo fido cellulare e digiti "come rimettersi in forma entro l'estate", borbottando con la te stessa interiore che ci vorrebbe un miracolo. Ecco che appaiono i risultati: articoli di dubbia base scientifica, i consigli di similriviste web e persino i 6 passaggi di WikiHow. Wow,sembra davvero che la soluzione miracolosa allora esista. Dai ok, ci provi. Ma da domani, che oggi ormai hai iniziato la giornata e non hai sbatti, cioè quando li fai i 30 minuti di camminata e addominali che non hai pianificato?! Ma domani, sì,domani si aprono le danze. EHM, SICURA? Perché ho la netta sensazione che domani non si aprirà un bel niente,e che magari inzierai anche la dieta depurativa proposta dal mitico Dr.Google, ma dopo 3 giorni avrai così fame da fare un MEGASGARRO che non solo verificherà i 3 giorni di deficit,ma inciderà sull'introito calorico medio dei 10 giorni prima. ALT. Aspetta un attimo. MA QUESTA È LA STESSA STORIA DI MAGGIO 2018! E PURE 2017, 16, 15 e via così...Uhm. ❌Forse è il momento di CAMBIARE STRATEGIA e fare pace col cervello, dal momento che sono anni ed anni che questa è FALLIMENTARE ❌. Non trovi? Ma prima di dirti che PUOI davvero RISOLVERE una volta per tutte devi capire una cosa, la più importante di tutte: VUOI FINALMENTE CAMBIARE❔ O preferisci vivere nella lamentela del "la dieta non fa per me, lo sport non so quando farlo, eppure basterebbe camminare un po' lo so"? Rather than seeing it as an enemy, acknowledge that your fear and doubt are trying to protect and keep you safe. We all experience doubt. It’s part of being human. I frequently pull out my journal and engage in conversation with them—asking for guidance on my next steps and what to do when feeling shaky. 🏃‍♂️How’s your cardio?🍩 . 🧐From the outside looking in I did not expect this to be a very cardio dominant workout but oh how I was wrong! . 🥵With the aerobic efforts at the start of every 4 minutes they were the most time consuming part so if you could absolutely send it on them you bought yourself a good amount of time to complete the exercises. . 🏋️‍♂️The carryover of the aerobic pre fatigue into the exercises was a slap in the nuts but if you could hold the pace then you got a sweet ass rest. But of course that led back into the next round. . 💁‍♀️So moral of the story is if your cardio sucks. You’re going to suffer on the exercises!
