🍟 PSA: these jicama fries are EVERYTHING!! If you love fries (like, who doesn’t..) you will be obsessed. Plus, we made a fancy lil Dijon dipping sauce on the side that’s really easy and takes these “fries” even more next level. For the jicama, you can by them pre-cut into sticks or just buy it whole and peel and cut it yourself (don’t be intimidated it’s superrr quick and easy and way cheaper) 😉
🍟: preheat oven to 400, coat jicama sticks with a drizzle of olive oil (we used @conolio Chipotle oil), salt + pepper, paprika, sprinkle of nutritional yeast and almond meal @bobsredmill. Bake for 20ish minutes.
🥄: Dijon sauce— 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard, 1 tsp jalapeño @yellowbirdsauce or hot sauce, tsp ACV, 1/2 tsp olive oil, juice of 1/2 a lemon, salt + pep, paprika
