Have you seen the Frozen vehicle parked at the Boyup Brook Tyre Service, and wondered what it is doing there? These two couldn't be happier that it was there . Nick and Santo will be coming through Boyup Brook with the Variety Bash Cars on the 24th of August. On Saturday the 25th August at 8am they will be in Sandakan Park for a BBQ. Call in and have a look at the awesome cars and the enormous effort that goes into raising money for this fabulous charity. #wavarietybash #varietyclubbash #varietyclub #2018varietybash #everydayheros #forthekids #boyupbrook #theviewfromhere   #farmscapes #howstheserenity #beautifulboyupbrook   #thebrook #exploringboyupbrook   #betteratboyupbrook #visittheblackwoodvalley #australias_southwest   #harvesthighway   #southwestwa

Back to the grinde stone after a fabulous weekend in Shropshire. I captured this at 5.45 am as the sun got up over Lower Upton, Ruckley Estate. If you look closely you can see the hard working teams on the lettuce picking riggs a now familiar sight around Shifnal. . This view also take is a house I lived in many moons ago on the edge of Ruckley..... When one was very much younger, with few responsabilities.... Seems like a life time away. . I would love to say I was out running as I used to be when I lived here...... Alas no I was heading to a work party to release Pheasants.

Bridle Trail, the Flax Mill and the Skeleton Bridge
This trail is shared by horse riders, cyclists and walkers. It starts behind the old railway station and shares the path with the Bicentennial Walk Trail along Boyup Brook till it reaches the Flax Mill precinct (the mill was built during World War II to treat flax which was being grown in the district. Production at Boyup Brook reached a peak in 1943 when the mill was operating 24 hours a day and employing over 400 people. It continued to operate until 1965) where it forks to the left and joins the disused railway line. It continues to ‘Skeleton Bridge’ (it opened on 21 May, 1912, closed on 3 June, 1982 and has an 80 metre span) over the Blackwood River. #wawalks #wawalktrails #trailswa #skeletonbridge

Last weeks morning adventure with Purdi checking out all her spots. She's very adventitious in the summer so I'm glad we have all this space for her. She's currently looking for ground hogs, bunnies, chipmunks and squirrels. Don't worry she won't hurt any of them. Off to another work day for me but looking forward to more farm adventures tomorrow. 🐶🐮🐔🚜 • • • #farmlife #farmdog #farmdogsofinstagram #farming #farmher #farmer #farmphotography #farmviews #farmscapes #supportlocalfarms #supportfarming #farmlifestyle #farmcouple #watchusgrow #beginningofsummer #hayseason #startingsoon #upstatenewyork #upstateny #upstatenyphotographer

My first official picking for this season. 5 years ago I brought red raspberry plants home and planted per instructions. Last year I finally decided "the definition of insanity is doing the same things over and over while expecting different results" and I dug them up and planted them permaculture style at the bottom of my Back To Eden garden. They rewarded me by leaping into growth. This spring they are so loaded with fruit, they are hanging on the ground and they are still blooming!!! The black raspberries are only one plant each and only one winter old. #BTE #organic #raspberries #permaculture #farmscapes #notill #
