45 MINUTE 400 CAL QUAD & GLUTES!🤯 leg days are usually an hour to an hour & a half but had to get in and out today so 45 min later, my legs are 💀 👉🏼don’t forget to double tap ❤️ 👉🏼don’t forget to save ✔️ ◾️THE WORKOUT: 1️⃣smith machine sumo squat (3x10) superset into narrow stance squat (3x10) ▪️make that sumo squat BIG on the smith machine. you have a bar to support you but dont rely on it. really use the quads to push you up. 2️⃣dumbbell sumo dead lift superset heel elevated squat (4x10) ▪️first time ever doing dumbbell sumo deadlifts and wooo🥵 she need some milk! keep your chest up, don’t tip forward, core is tight, really push up through the heels which activate the quads. don’t be afraid to grab heavier dumbbells on these, you’re stronger than you think. 3️⃣reverse lunge (3x8 each side) ▪️i had one foot on a plate to have a balancing aspect but you can definitely do without! having a plate just really makes you squeeze your core. 4️⃣sumo squat with calve raise (3x15) superset frog pumps (3x10) ▪️i used a med ball with the squats to add some extra weight and dont use the momentum from the squat to bring you to the calve raise. frog pumps are body weight so go fast but stay tight! *didnt film these but leg extension 10 heavy 10 light 4x*
