BARRES DE CÉRÉALES SANS SUCRE NI MATIÈRES GRASSES Ingrédients : - 150g de flocons d’avoines - 20g de raisins secs - 40g d’abricots secs - 20g de noisettes - 50g de figues séchées - 30g de pépites de chocolat - 40g de miel liquide (acacia) - 100g de compote de pommes ou poires sans sucres ajoutés Instructions : 1. Découpez en petits morceaux les abricots secs et les figues séchées à l'aide d'un ciseau de cuisine ou d'un couteau. 2. Dans un grand saladier, déposez les flocons d'avoines, les raisins secs, les noisettes, les pépites de chocolat, les abricots et figues en morceaux. Mélangez les ingrédients. 3. Ajoutez ensuite la compote le miel liquide, puis malaxez à la main. 4. Répartissez la totalité de la pâte dans un Tupperware de forme rectangulaire, appuyez bien pour former un bloc. 5. Cuisson au four : démoulez le bloc de pâte sur une feuille de papier cuisson et enfournez à 170° 15 à 20 minutes. Laissez refroidir 30 minutes. Cuisson au micro-ondes : déposez simplement le Tupperware dans votre micro-ondes pour 4 minutes, puis laissez refroidir 30 minutes avant de démouler. 6. Une fois refroidi, découpez des barres selon la taille souhaitée.
